The space
Tranquil retreat modern, private Hamptons-styled 3 bedroom home surrounded by greenery with a spacious backyard. 800m walk to Umina Beach and 1km to the town centre.
Umina Beach is 80 kms from Sydney. This home is eco-friendly and next to a bus stop which is 10 minutes to Woy Woy Train Station.
The master suite has a new King bed and mattress, luxurious linen, bed side tables, over-sized double glazed glass doors that open to a private balcony that is surrounded by greenery. It is located away from the other two bedrooms.
The second bedroom features a new Queen bed and mattress, luxurious linen, two bedside tables and cupboards that are filled with extra linen, pillows, beach towels , a portacot and high chair.
The third bedroom has a new box-spring pillow top mattress, a single loft bed and a single bed with a trundle bed. It has cupboards full of extra linen, children's toy and books.
The property is private, fully (lockable) fenced and surrounded in various sandstone garden beds. It has a grassed backyard for the children to run around, a double sheltered Day Bed, a clothes line, a balcony, a table and seating for 6 guests. Relax, watch the sun set over the mountains in the bohemian swing/egg chair.

Umina Beach, Kiddies Corner, and Ocean Beach are just a 10 minute walk from our home. For a scenic walk along several beaches, follow the famous Esplanade to arrive at Ettalong Beach (3kms) known for its safe, shallow waters for little ones, The Box on the Water Restaurant and Ettalong Diggers. Ferries depart from here regularly to Palm Beach and Patonga.
