Our Condo is 29 sqm with balcony. Spacious and Ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway, families on vacation and business travelers.
Guest access
BUILDING ACCESS
-we need your Photo of your government ID as part of the booking process: This could be a driving license, passport and identity card
-The administration office is open from 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 6 pm daily except on holidays and weekends. Please provide your ID as soon as possible upon confirmation of booking in order for us to provide you with an authorization letter on time.
-Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
No additional overnight guests without prior approval.
-If possible let us know your expected time of arrival and in case of delay please inform us as soon as possible.
SWIMMING POOL ACCESS
-additional charge (reservation is needed) ₱ 150 regular day / ₱ 300 Holiday
