Beautiful, cosy house with the most stunning view of the rolling hills from both the comfort of the bed and the hot tub - which was warm and ready to use when we arrived. Hosts are lovely and super helpful, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay! Thank you so much :)

From initial queries through to booking and arrival, Andy was really helpful and friendly. The cottage is so cosy and unique, with a great location, peaceful surroundings, walking distance to the Druids Arms (great food) and Stone Circles. A really great find: attention to detail, homely feel, quality beds and pillows and linen: very comfortable. 7 of us stayed and cooked together and there was great kitchen facilities and plenty of room for us to eat together in the dining room and relax by the wood burner in the living room. Lovely stay for our anniversary! Was quiet and peaceful, such a lovely hut and the hot tub was amazing! Had a bottle of Prosecco chilled ready and a bag of Welsh cakes which was such a lovely touch! All round amazing stay! And had a lovely visitor (the cat) for the weekend too!

Perfect for what we needed. Very clean and modern, great location (easy to walk into town), felt like a home from home. The electric charger for my car was a real bonus (and easy to use). Would stay again.

Mike met us at the car and was really helpful with our luggage. As entering the lodge, Mike went through everything in great detail and informed of the local areas and even provided a map for local walks. The lodge was even better than described and we will definitely be visiting back when in the area.

Beautifully clean .Homely . Felt very safe .Host very friendly and accomodation sits next to beautiful lake . Ideal for work and as single women nice to stay next to family .

stayed at weatherstone cottages for a few nights. What a gem of a place. Very quirky, in a quiet setting. Hosts Simon and Isobel were very helpful and informative hosts. The whole bungalow was lovely inside and out ! Very clean and smelt lovely. The property was a little hard to find off the main road but once you know you can’t get it wrong. Overall in a lovely location not far from bath . There is more lights needed outside as the stairs are quite steep and in the winter it’ll be hard to see. The bungalow was beautiful and had lovely extra features which made the stay feel like home. Lovely hosts and very easy to contact

Just spent the weekend at this beautiful seafront lodge, the beds were so comfortable and it was really nice to have a bathroom and shower room with two toilets, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We are going to miss waking up to the sound of the sea and enjoying our morning coffee on the verandah. The location is truly perfect and within easy walking distance of Porthcawl town and Newton village so plenty of choices to shop, eat and drink, there are many beautiful walks right on the doorstep so having a car isn't really necessary. Communication with the host Linda was always prompt, helpful and friendly, and we would definitely like to return.
