Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guzmán Abajo

It was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had great air conditioning. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet except for the rooster next-door, had all the necessities, and was really good for the price. I would recommend.

We loved our stay! The place was perfectly outfitted for a week of fun for our family, we loved having access to all of the beach gear and sports equipment. Having the ice maker was great for our poolside pina coladas. Beds super comfy- we all slept great. Loved the decor and location- within 5 minutes to another local beach and a great jumping off point for adventures while we explored PR. Thank you for being great hosts! Highly recommend.

What an amazing place. The size of the condo was perfect- beds were extremely comfortable and we felt right at home. The huge rooftop terrace was appreciated during the day and at night. What a gem! We hope to book again next year when we return. We have stayed at various locations in PR, this was our favorite for sure! HIGHLY recommend

This is a great location outside the hustle and bustle of San Juan while being about 45 minutes away from the city, El Yunque, and Fajardo. The apartment is a short walk from the private beach and has several pools for swimming, two of which are heated for a comfortable evening swim. When we arrived, unfortunately, all of PR was experiencing a power outage, but Maribel and Ben were proactive in communicating this before we arrived and made sure we were taken care of by supplying us with battery-powered lanterns and fans. The lodging was the perfect size for our family of four. Everything was clean and well kept. Would stay here again, 5/5 stars!

We appreciate how well-stocked the home was. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The beach was a bit disappointing, barely any sand but that’s no fault of the host. We still had a great stay!

Ignacio and Angélica were so sweet! Our flight and drive to the apartment was very delayed, but they were friendly and accommodating of us checking in after 1am. The location is surrounded by a beautiful golf course and they allowed us to use coolers, chairs and umbrella for the nearby beach. Bike to the beach!!

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

Our stay at Shelia’s home was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring the country the space was clean and well-appointed, and Shelia was incredibly responsive to our questions. We especially loved the pool rooftop fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting.

It was 10 of us and we had more than enough space. They were very responsive. Beautiful area and house. Love the pool. I highly recommend.

You can tell a lot of effort went in to all the little details to make our stay comfortable. The kids loved the game room and pool. The bedding was comfortable. Everything was very clean. It was nice to not have to get all the little things like laundry detergent or garbage bags while trying to vacation. I will say the location is not a resort - bring your sound machine because the chickens in the neighborhood will be waking you up - they did provide ear plugs by the beds. It did meet the needs of our large family to easily enjoy El Yunque, a boat outing from Fajardo, and Carabalí UTV tour. Thanks for a great stay!

Book this house. This place has everything you need and more. It will make you feel at home! The host is helpful and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

There is not enough stars on here to rate this place it was excuse my language F!@#ing amazing. The house was very clean Kevin was supper easy to communicate with and the best part of the whole place was the river in the back my family and I didn't leave my kids were in the river from sun up to sun down the only time we used the pool is at night but besides that the river was it. I am 100000% staying here every time I come to pr thank you Kevin you were a great host you get 100 stars

The room in the patio isnt up to par with the rest of the rooms. They’re all super beautiful and whoever ends up outside really gets the short end of the stick. It has broken screens and lots of spiderwebs. And definitely the room with the most critters. The place itself is beautiful. It’s majestic and really makes you one with nature.

We had a wonderful visit to Luis's condo. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed for our month long stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and well laid out. We had guests visit using the second bedroom and everyone had great visits. We loved our long walks along the beach which had very few in any people on it. We visited some of the more popular beaches, but due to crowds our favorite was the one adjacent to the condo. Luis was a very responsive host. Thank you Luis! We hope to visit again.

Best location with ocean view. All the problems mentioned in previous reviews have been fixed. We by accident lost the key to the beach gate in the ocean. Star helped us to get a replacement for $75. So please take good care of the key since the ocean would really take them away. Great community and great host. Highly recommended for everyone

The villa is a serene retreat just a few minutes drive from the lovely Loquillo public beach, El Yunque rainforest's hiking trails, and plenty of dining options (including wonderful Puerto Rican food & drinks right next door at Richie's). The home itself is modern, clean, and well appointed with everything from beach towels to locally roasted coffee. The balcony is large with comfy furniture and overlooks thick greenery and open water. Air conditioning and a back-up power generator made for a relaxing and worry-free stay.

The place was amazing with multiple pools and access to the beach. Security is very tight and that made me feel safe with my family. This is the second m time staying in the property and will be back again. Great mid point between San Juan and Fajardo. Ruth was a great host!

Zenen and Wanda’s place was great for our family. We appreciated the privacy of the resort, and felt safe getting around the compound. The pools were excellent for all three of our kids, which includes a 15 month old who loved the splash pads. I loved the ease of being with the baby but also being able to see my 9 and 6 year olds swimming and using the water slide (only open Saturday and Sundays). They were pretty sad that the lazy river was closed, but I’m sure it’ll be great after its renovations. The apartment met our basic needs and was clean. It slept all 6 of us comfortably, was large enough to move around without getting in each other’s way, and having two bathrooms with showers was perfect. Leaving the resort was easy. There’s a Walmart and different grocery stores 15 minutes away…plenty of local food stands around…and it’s close enough to San Juan to make an easy day trip. All in all, this place is great for a relaxing trip to the island!

Jorge was a GREAT HOST! Was there for check in and walked us through everything! Location was exactly what we were looking for. Private, secluded but drivable.

We were looking for a place that would give us space and lots of things to keep our small kiddos entertained. Elias’s place definitely fit the bill. Between the beach, swimming pools, playgrounds and mini golf there was never a dull moment. Aquátika is perfect for families with kids. Elias’s apartment was super clean and clutter free. We never had issues with noise because his condo is in a quieter spot on the property. When we needed to get a hold of Elias he was very responsive.
