We stayed for 1 night, we were very satisfied, it was a clean and tidy house, thank you very much for your interest in Ms. Firuze and her house. :)

Our stay for 9 days was great. The view of the balcony and terrace was happy, especially at night, you can watch the stars very clearly, the area was little and very calm. The house was very beautifully designed, especially the kitchen was very useful. It was very nice to have both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms, and the cabinets in the rooms were sufficient. We asked about the baby bed, Ms. Nese arranged it quickly, everything was ready when we arrived. The area is calm and nature is also close to the center. It is very close to the sea, there is both sand and shaded beach options. Özdere cukuralti beach for families with children is very nice, a little crowded, but pleasant. Thank you so much for making our holiday nice to Ms. Nese.

The house was perfect, we had a very nice 2 days. We were able to reach our host at any time. It was a very nice holiday, everything was smooth. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Urla.

The accomodation was lovely and clean. We couldn't use the pool as it was out of season, but we were informed about this in advance. Mikayil is a great host, fluent in several languages and he was very helpful with everything we needed. I would definitely book again if in the area.

A private, peaceful location with a stunning view of the sea and surroundings, and the starry sky at night! The house is located in a private community. A car is highly recommended. There are many beaches, restaurants, and ancient sites within 20-40 minutes drive. Alperen was very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed our family stay.

The house is quite well equipped, unevenly frozen. The two-story main building has one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom on the higher floor; there are two bedrooms on the second floor. 24 air conditioning is enough for the whole house, and each room has a ceiling fan. There are two separate rooms in the garden, one small and furnished, the other one is a large space with a kitchen counter and a bathroom. The garden is especially ideal for children. An area where they can run comfortably, play games, even put on a pool and have a lot of fun if they fill it up. The beaches closest to the house are 15-20 minutes away and they are very cold, there are very nice beaches at 30-40 minutes away. There are also places for any budget when it comes to eating out. There is a grocery store very close to the house where all the basic needs can be met. Chain markets 10 minutes away. Thank you to Ms. Yelda for your attention and support.

The house was as seen in the pictures and clean, tidy. Everything was thought out. We spent 2 days comfortably with our 2 children. It is not very busy, but on a calm and quiet street. Very close to the amenities, market, etc... Thank you.

Ms. Alara and Mr. Can were very caring, polite and extremely easy to communicate with. They took care of us in everything and in need. Their advice on places to visit and eat and drink was great. We saw very pleasant places thanks to them. The location of the villa is incredibly comfortable. It was very easy to get to the center on foot. The villa itself was also thoughtfully designed; it was stylish and comfortable. It was very clear that cleanliness was also meticulous. In the villa, there were all kinds of utensils. We didn't have to think about anything during the stay. The garden and surroundings of the villa were as spacious as the interior. The fireplace and air conditioning offer the villa for all seasons. Highly recommend and definitely think I will go again. We would like to thank Mr. Can and Ms. Alara very much.

Nihat is a fantastic host and very friendly. You can visit his art shop to explore his wood art, unique vinyl records, and much more. Overall, staying at this place is a wonderful experience.

Bathroom supplies were fully available and the kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. Mr. Berke's attention and service was high. The location was great and comfortable. We were very satisfied

The host is very sweet:) For normal stays, we found everything we forgot to buy while not even finding salt in the house. We were told we wouldn't mind using it, and we could even use their own items in the closet. How sweet ! Since the house is stone, the downstairs was a little too cold, but our primitive feelings next to the fireplace were very enjoyable to watch the fire:) The design of the house is quite good... it was very good to look at the view and take a deep breath. It was a short but very pleasant stay. Thank you:) now we feel like we have a home in Urla. I plan to take the cat in the house next time and bring it to her own house:):)

We stayed for 10 days last year and loved it. We stayed close to 1 month this year. Our neighbors, the neighborhood and the house itself are very nice in my opinion. A place where you can feel like your own home. We felt so.

We stayed over for a couple of days at Sende’s place. The place is located in a very posh urban neighborhood. You have a whole house to yourself which is completely private. The house has all facilities you need and you will be settled quickly just as your normal house. There’s is an excellent supermarket 300 meters away with a nice bar and and excellent sushi restaurant. Get some cat food and you will have a new friend which will be happy to make you happy.

We did not have any problems with transportation to the house, there was no negativity about the house with the host's phone and written instructions. We used the own pool of the house and the pool of the compound. Everything in the house met all our needs.
