Vacation rentals with a patio in Guthrie

This place was very nice and looked just like the photos, I highly recommend this place for a nice weekend trip.

This was my third and definitely not my last visit here! It’s more than a place to sleep; it literally feels like a retreat and a place to heal.

We were so lucky to find Kerri’s place available. We had stayed there before and knew we were getting a great place. Kerri and her husband are so friendly and that makes the stay perfect.

Loved this place. It was super easy to find and in a great neighborhood. Comfortable bed! Would stay again and definitely recommend

Flew to OKC for a concert and this place was absolutely perfect. Smack dab in the middle of the airport and downtown OKC. Place was decorated very well and was very comfortable. If i come back to OKC this place will be first on the list. Host was super helpful and fast with responses.

This is the second time that I have stayed in the condo complex and it was convenient to every place that I needed to be and every place I wanted to go. I work when I travel, so the internet is always important and it was not only reliable but fast. I enjoyed my stay!

I fell in love with the Sycamore Hills guest house! It’s beautiful, clean and the bed is so comfy! The property was stunning! We even got guest appearance from a buck and 4 doe. It was amazing to see them up close. Not something this city girl is used to seeing. If you have an event at The Barn at Broken Horn Ranch it’s an easy 5 min drive from Sycamore Hills. Da’Neille was so sweet and super responsive and flexible. If you’re going to Luther or surrounding area do yourself a favor and book this gem!

The home was nice and clean and as described. It was perfect for what we were needing for the night.

The house was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen has the necessary items for cooking and the air fryer was a nice extra. The hampers helped the kids contain their dirty clothes. It was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great place to stay for a ball game at OSU. Location worked out well and we had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. Good communication. Nice people.

great spot for us being close to the OKC fairgrounds. Will hopefully be able to get this place again next year. Had a couple issues left from previous renter and Madison got it taken care of ASAP

Pam was a very gracious host. Fortunately we were able to check in a little early and Pam was kind enough to accommodate. The house was in a great location in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was spotless upon arrival and fully equipped making our stay a real pleasure. I would highly recommend this house and Pam as host was icing on the cake.

Awesome stay and great place!

We had the best time at this location. The location to all things homecoming related (walk around, parade and game) was fantastic. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Our son is a junior at OSU and this was our first homecoming. Tristen was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We were beyond ecstatic with our stay. Thank you again 🧡🖤🧡🖤

They were beyond the perfect air bnb host! My family and I stayed over Christmas for a week, and they decorated the apartment, had a Christmas tree for us, and even a couple of little gifts for our young son. Really went all out for us! It was very special, and great memories! Even had snacks and wine waiting for us as well! The beds are extremely comfortable along with the couch, 3 different tvs and endkesss choices of entertainment on the tv with all the apps. Very quiet complex next to great restaurants and shops in a very central location. You really can’t get better than this especially for the price! It did smell of smoke a bit would be my only con, but we enjoyed everything else so much that we easily looked past it. Very much hope to visit again, and thank you so much for everything!

Great place to stay, the price felt like a steal for what you get. Very clean and easily accessible. Just far enough outside of downtown to not have to worry about traffic and super close on-site parking. A ton of restaurants and things to do within a few minutes drive.

Nicely furnished apartment in a good, quiet neighborhood. The apartment complex is a few blocks off of a major street, so noise was never an issue. I stayed here for a month and enjoyed the location and amenities in the surrounding neighborhood. The on-site property manager is very responsive to anything that is needed - I locked myself out one day and he was right there to let me back in. The property is well cared for. It's a little dated, but it's been well-maintained. Everything worked great and was very clean when I checked in. I can highly recommend this property for long term stays.
