This was a great place for a weekend with friends and family to hang out by the water. There was a decent amount of cleaning we had to do at check out that was required despite the cleaning fee. Other than that, the place was beautiful and Evan was very responsive and accommodating which we really appreciated. I would absolutely stay again!

Family friendly place RIGHT off the lake with lots of activities for kids! You can catch the sunrise and sunset on the huge private pier, and stargaze at night. The kids had a blast in the lake, even though it was on the chilly side, but that’s expected for the time of year. I will say the house is on the older side, if you’re a clean freak and pay attention to detail this place isn’t for you. Many of the bedroom doors, and main bathroom door didn’t close. If you’re traveling with close family and do not mind close corridors or locked doors you should be fine. The plus side, the beds were SUPER comfortable! The kids loved the bunk room, plenty of space for our 5 kids. Master bedroom door also did not close, but was spacious and had great views of the lake! The owner Andy was wonderful, he called to check on us before and during our stay, we really appreciated that!

Our family loved our stay at Heather's sweet house. Everything was thoughtfully picked out and both beautiful and comfortable. The house worked perfectly to have a couple of families and kids for dinner and playing on the water - the kitchen is huge, there's a grill outside, a large table and counter seating inside, and a fire pit for s'mores after dinner. It was nice the backyard was large and fenced for the kids when the adults were cooking. The paddle boat was super fun for the kids, and it was nice being on a quiet canal so the kids could go up and down and we didn't have to worry about much boat traffic. It feels very remote, but a full size grocery store is 13 minutes away and it's not far from Dallas. Perfect getaway weekend- we'll be back!

Beautiful, fairly new home. Two bedrooms but 2.5 bathrooms -- a definite plus. The view from the living area or on the front porch is a spectacular, unhindered view of the lake across the street with sunsets in full view. The house decor is excellent, and would rank very high among other Airbnb's we have rented. Kitchen is very well equipped, as is the house as a whole. The only word of caution is to be careful in the two large showers, for the tile floors are very slick with soap and water on them. As octogenarians, our balance isn't what it once was, so caution was high on our priority list when taking a shower. Overall, great place and we will be back!

Kim was a great host. The house was well maintained and filled with sufficient resources required for our family. The backyard is awesome and has ample amount of space to have fun and enjoy. We had minor issues however she was very responsive and fixed those appropriately.

Kyle’s place was just what my family and I needed. Peace and quiet. We cooked a lot while there and every pan, pot, bowl, kitchen utensils, etc… that we needed was available in the kitchen. The rooms were smaller than we expected but the beds were extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby each night. Will definitely return again!

Beautiful view of the lake and across from multi-million dollar homes in the cove. Corner lot of cove and open water. All our needs were met in advance and the hosts/owners did a great job of making sure our stay was perfect. Great floor plan with large kitchen open to convenient dining and living area with wall of windows/doors to the back of property for beautiful lake views. Lots of room, plenty of sitting areas and fun in the garage. Comfortable beds. Primary bedroom suite and bath very nice. Loved the huge shower and make-up vanity. Huge back patio for relaxing or fishing at the dock. We loved it and we'll be back! Thank you!
