Vacation rentals in Gumdale

From my initial booking I had direct communications with Di and nothing was too much trouble for her. When I advised that I wouldn't be able to get to the Cottage until 8 pm after our flight from Perth as I needed to do some food shopping on the way, Di offered to do our morning breakfast shopping for us prior to our arrival. There was also a picnic hamper with lots of goodies left for us, as well as some fresh eggs and pots of jams and chilli chutney that was super delicious. The accommodation was exactly as advertised and it was very peaceful and private. We were in Queensland for the 2024 Open Inclusion Football Carnival and the Cottage was only 5 minute drive way from South Pine Sporting Complex in Brendale. Every night we would come home from an exhausting day of footy to have a relaxing spa and enjoying the peace and quiet. Both Di and Floyd were lovely hosts and we enjoyed catching up on our last night for Happy Hour. Would definitely recommend their beautiful Cottage.

I had a wonderful stay at Nicola apartment. It was comfy, had everything I needed in the kitchen to cook, comfy outdoor sofa on the patio to relax in and a very comfy bed! It was a welcome respite from long days of work. Loved the rooftop outdoor pool, with lots of greenery and a great view. Thank you, Nicola for hosting me.

Great place to stay! Amazing river views. communication was key and parking was a deal through the host.

We spent 6 nights at Qian's place and had a wonderful time. It was exceptionally clean, and to be honest I don't think I've ever been in a cleaner place. We had an issue initially re the 2nd bed, but Qian was amazing and was straight on to it and went out of her way to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. We love that it's so close to all the trails at the Daisy Hill Conservation Park (being runners). The place was comfortable and as other people have said, very peaceful and a beautiful view. Would recommend :)

I gifted this experience to my fiancé for his 30th birthday, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made! It was all we needed! The cottage is absolutely stunning, and even the amazing photos don't do it justice. Nancy was incredibly kind and helpful; communication before our stay was smooth and informative. The space was spotless, and the breathtaking view was the cherry on top (especially when enjoyed from the hot tub). I’m already looking forward to coming back in winter. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and unforgettable getaway!

This is our first AirBnB experience outside India. We felt right at home in Mark's Air bnb. Mark had left a detailed instructions, which helped us. Sufficient pots and pan in the kitchen allowed us to cook dinner couple of times.

Stayed for a week. Beautiful spacious apartment with everything you would need. Huge private balcony that gets the lovely bay breezes. Added bonus walking distance to everything including the bay. One street back from the Main Street of Cleveland. Lots of parking available at the complex. Adam was super friendly and very responsive. Will definitely stay again on my next visit and will recommend to friends.
