We had a great stay with 5 adults and 1 children, three generations under one roof. Charming house, great location, very nice host. The stairs are not suited for people with disabilities but that is to be expected in period property such as this. We will be back, I am sure of it

Jos and Tiny are very friendly people who are happy to please you. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed the cozy warm cottage and the surroundings. Beautiful nature reserve just across the street, wonderful for walking the dog. Perfect location to discover South Limburg! Certainly subject to repetition !!

(super friendly) It was very clean, nicely decorated and it was everything you need in the house. If we are in Genk again, we will definitely be back.

Philipp and Lena offers us a very clean and very relaxing accommodation! Self check-in and very well described . When we arrived at the accommodation we notice that it is very nicely decorated , with a very cocooning fragrance. Then the welcome booklet available in several languages, to do us by Check-up/Check-out but also activities that are nearby. We rested well and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. I would highly recommend this place and we will come back without hesitation!

The suite was clean and in order. The electric sauna is small and got hot up to 70 degrees. The view of the Maas is very nice.

Overall a most satisfactory short break.We would use the accommodation again without hesitation.Public transport was excellent and great value.Local amenities excellent in particular the Jan Linder Supermarket and the Tramhalte Pub/Bistro.

The stay was very pleasant. Spacious rooms, especially for us as a family with 2 children. We were able to enjoy the beautiful city center of Aachen within half an hour walk. Thermen Carolus is also close by, so can also be combined with this accommodation. For our car, there was also space on the property for a small fee. Very nice! We definitely recommend this accommodation!

Christa introduced us to the place when we arrived. She provided us with maps and ideas for nearby walks and visits. She was very relaxed about everything and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed our walks, the area is super beautiful. The facilities are more then enough for 2. You can cook a meal, have a nice warm shower, and the beds are clean and comfy. So definitely a good choice for our weekend in the East of the country. Thanks, Christa!

What a convivial, cozy place to celebrate Christmas! You outdid yourself with the Christmas tree and festive decorations, Marita! Thank you for creating a magical winter wonderland for us to enjoy. We’ll never forget our time with you. We appreciated the beds and linens (so comfy), the plush bath towels, the spacious walk-in shower (the water gets nice & hot & there is great water pressure), and the well equipped kitchen with such pretty dishes and glassware. You really did think of everything when outfitting your unit and definitely make your guests’ comfort your priority. Your place was spotless, inviting, comfortable, and incredibly special. We will remember it as one of our most favorite stays ever. Thank you, dear Marita!

We have been in both summer and winter and very satisfied. Outside the center, but still at your fingertips. Excellent starting point for, for example, Aachen and Liège. We'd love to come back next time.

We had very nice days at Ann and Dirk's place. The cottage had everything we needed and it was very nice that we could store our bikes. Ann was very welcoming, with good tips that fit our interests, and we also got a bowl of homemade granola that the house smelled like :) If we are around again we will definitely come back
