Bungalow vacation rentals in Gulf of Thailand

Tucked away in a secluded corner of Koh Phangan, it truly felt like a home away from home. Each morning, we were greeted by the soothing sound of waves crashing against the rocks. Our days began with a refreshing swim at the beach, followed by a delightful breakfast at Why Nam restaurant. All the nearby beaches were within walking distance. Be sure not to miss the restaurant at The Sanctuary—the food is phenomenal. Stefan and Natella were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and the staff helped carry our luggage up the steep stairs. Overall, it was an great experience ❤️❤️

We stayed 3 nights at the cactus. It's beautifully designed, all with natural materials. Our bungalow was like a bird's nest in the treetops and we really enjoyed staying there. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The food was very good, unfortunately there was a buffet on two evenings, which lost quality. There are only a few locals who work here. Most of them in the background. You could also easily forget that you are in Cambodia. We therefore traveled back to the mainland a day earlier.

It was a great stay in the little bungalows. The location was great and the service as well. The only thing that bothered me was that were not allowed to use own towels for the beach - as we had to rent some. They said it was because of the fine sand and that is hard to clean. But you could just leave them outside … (maybe I also understood it wrong) - but this was the only thing that made it a 9.9 star instead of 10.0 :)

Super nice place, the beach isn’t really one to walk on as it’s rocky but the scenery is amazing and so peaceful. Close by to a lot of places, plus great host! Would definitely stay here again :)

Accommodation as described in the description. Great location and close to cafes and eateries. The snorkeling trip hosted by the host was great! The host was super lovely, sharing all the essentials and more. Also gave tips from a local perspective and helped us find a lost wallet.

The place is a perfect beach hut by a beautiful and quiet beach. Very nice beach restaurants nearby and 7/11 + other stores very close. A perfect geaway and even nicer than in pictures!

Seyha is a super host. He communicated with me very well prior to our arrival. Some of us had an early flight and made the request for an early check-in which was granted. We had booked 3 bungalows, and we were very happy with the accommodation. Seyha provided all the information that we needed for Siem Reap and was very responsive to all our questions. During check out, 2 families had late flights and again, Seyha let us stay until we needed to leave for the airport. Bungalows were perfect for a family, they were well equipped with pots, pans, crockery etc. I liked the extras like corkscrew, ladle and a basic set of seasoning, oil etc. Bed linen and towels were clean and nicely presented. Having a washing machine and place to dry clothes was very helpful with the kids in and out of the pool all the time. It was a shame to be woken early each day by loud kids in the pool that did not seem to be staying. The rules say no loud music, parties or visitors but we had 2 nights were some guests invited friends over and had a really loud party. We had to make many requests for them to turn it down; it was new years eve so probably this is what happens during this time. Great place to stay - the only thing I would ask is a common shaded area with furniture where people traveling together could meet and be together - for board games for example. The space above the coffee shop(Berm Berm) looked perfect for this, but it did not have furniture (yet). We felt quite happy and enjoyed this space very much. We would highly recommend it for people travelling with children. It is a very family-friendly place. We will come back and stay here again and again when we come to Siem Reap. We stayed at Michelia Apartments for 6 weeks and it is one of the best AirBNBs we have stayed at. The apartment is a good size with plenty of storage space. It's in a no exit street, so reasonably quiet (the occasional karaoke from some of the neighbours) and about a 5 min motorbike ride from On Lang beach, restaurant and shopping area. It is located about a 20 min ride to the main township. I think there are about 8 apartments on the site with a shared plunge pool (which we loved, always nice and cold) and laundry area. Lorenz's brother in law lives on site and he and his wife were just lovely. He organised motorbike rental and airport taxis for us as well. There was weekly cleaning and linen change, free filtered water and the communication with Lorenz was excellent. We loved our time on Phu Quoc and thought this area and this AirBNB was the best place to stay - would highly recommend.

Super relaxed place! We felt very welcome right away. Kuy and his team are really very friendly people with a very big heart. Water, coffee and breakfast are free and shared with everyone. We were even invited to the BBQ. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Tropicoco Resort. Although the bungalow is separate from the main resort, it was still convenient to stroll around. The resort provides access to a fantastic beach and has a lovely pool. The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from cafes, the beach, and a 7-Eleven. The bungalow was comfortable, especially the bed. Although it was a bit dim inside, it wasn't a significant issue. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the cleaning service was excellent. Overall, we had the best holidays and look forward to coming back.
