This is a cool place, quite unique and with a nice garden area. We found it very comfortable and perfectly located to access whatever we needed within in minutes. If you are looking for something unique yet totally accommodating, this is a great place.

Fantastic stay. Would like to come back again someday. Perfect location for us as we wanted to explore both south and north of L’Estartit. We liked being in the country compared to some of the other surrounding beach towns that seemed a bit more congested. We liked the sand beach and the ease of parking. We are kiteboarders so we especially enjoyed looking over the bay and seeing the action on windy days.

We had a weekend with the whole family, 6 adults and a dog, and it was great. Reality beats photographs and descriptions. The house is immaculate, with all the comforts, all the details, and everything that is needed to pass the stay, there is no need to practice bring anything from home, there is everything! The garden is spectacularf and everything completely valley. There are bikes for everyone, a trampoline, balls, a cabin for the kids, slides, swing, and various tables and chairs to be able to enjoy the different points of the terrain. There are BBQs, with plenty of firewood available for meals or just being by the fire. And lastly, the hosts, Mireia and Oriol, great, super friendly, thoughtful and you can contact them anytime. We will repeat for sure!!

Listing is as described. Very functional, nothing was missing for us (there were 6 of us adults), very clean in a very quiet subdivision. Our friends join me in thanking Aude for a lovely stay. We were able to visit the surroundings and take beautiful walks. I recommend

We had a Great stay at Miguel’s house. The house has a really nice, warm, and enjoyable atmosphere. We immediately felt at home. Miguel is also a really nice host who is willing to help when needed or asked. Communication via AirBnB was very easy and during live communication we used a translation app (we don’t speak Spanish that well, Miguel doesn’t speak English). With the app, it all worked out really well and we will definitely come back! ☀️

Very nice apartment with super view over city and sea. It’s not very modern, but you will find there everything you need :)

We spent 4 days at Josep's place with our teenager at the end of October. The site is beautiful, intimate and contrasts with the concrete sites of the Costa Brava. It is nice to walk or rollerblade along the beach, visible from the apartment, to enjoy a beautiful setting where calm reigns and enjoy the restaurants on the square. Josep was at the top: very responsive, facilitator, moving as needed. The apartment is as described and very well-equipped. We will undoubtedly come back, the location allowing you to discover many nearby sites (ruins of Empuries, Cadaques, Palafrugell and its coves, the natural park of Aiguasmoll, Figueras and Girona...). Parking is certainly 300 m from the apartment but it remains possible to unload luggage on the nearby square and the pool is very appreciated even in this season for the less chilly.

Stayed at Dons place for three nights and absolutely loved it- and so did our dog. Beautiful modern apartment in an old charming building surrounded by nature. Wonderful!

Impeccable welcome by both Alberto and his mom! ( PS: Thanks again for the tomatoes in the garden!!!) clean and very warm accommodation. The neighborhood is peaceful while the dynamic center of Platja d 'Aro is only a 6 minute walk (downhill) and 8-10 min to return (on the coast). We enjoyed this city where there is always a good walk to do in the evening. In addition, Alberto often asks for news if anything is needed, it's adorable. Very good stay, thank you. And a huge kisses to Jeep that makes the house even more welcoming as soon as we come back from our day.

The location couldn’t have been better: you’re just a stone’s throw away from a couple of the major attractions in Perpignan, as well as the tourist office. The apartment felt more spacious than it looks in the photos, to me at least. It’s very clean and tastefully decorated and there’s lots of natural light making it feel welcoming and comfortable. Matthieu is very rapid in his responses and easy to communicate with. I recommend this place without any hesitation!

Had a bit of trouble finding the place, but that was more to do with my satnav I think. Apartment was absolutely fine, no issues at all, patio area was in full sun most of the day too,. Location was perfect, literally 3 mins walk to beach and local bars and restaurants. Only used the car once all week, got everything we needed from local shops, caught the bus into Perpignan to save driving and parking.. would definitely recommend Raphael and his apartment to anyone Keith & Gill

Simply a fantastic stay! Everything was fluid until the end of our stay… only downside… not having been able to stay longer… Christophe, our host, is just great. We were able to spend a wonderful New Year's Day as a family in this sublime apartment more than very well maintained in the perfect location in a beautiful residence! We'll come back to the same place without a second thought

Great location, easy to access. It's all about walking, the beach is 10 minutes away. The view from the balcony is wonderful and the apartment spacious for two people. Pleasant stay and communication with Fouad very good.

Our stay at Carme was great. Everything was clean, the place is very quiet and nice. Carme is really kind and responsive, she was always available. She left us very clear instructions in a pouch as well as two books describing the beaches and surrounding area. There is a space before the entrance where you can walk, and the beach is within walking distance. The Carpi Pizza restaurant delivers directly to the apartment. We are delighted with our choice and had a great holiday. Thanks so much, Carme!!

The apartment is as described in the listing, arrival is very easy, there is a lot of space to park right behind the house and the house has everything to spend a good stay. The bed is very comfortable and we loved that it had toys and books for our daughter! It also has coffee for breakfast. 100% recommended!
