Vacation rentals with a patio in Gulf of Naples

We spent 9 nights in Maurizio's apartment and felt very much at home. The apartment is generously sized, has a large terrace, is very clean and renovated. There were four of us with 2 small children and the apartment was very good for us. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, as well as nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Bus stop is directly outside. The street is a bit noisy and a few times a week you can hear music in the evening, but the bedroom faces back and the kids slept very well with windows. In the bedroom there is even air conditioning but the rooms are nice and cool and we didn't need it. Maurizio is a great host, very helpful, chatty and willing to accommodate any need. We got great tips and enjoyed our stay in Ischia!

The appartment was perfect for our needs, those of a family of 4 including two small children. I believe a larger family or group of 5 people would also find the accomodation spacious enough. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (including the living room) provide ample space. The location includes a large balcony, without spectacular views but useful for storage and drying clothes. For an additional 15 EUR/day, parking is available right downstairs, in a private and closed garagge (at 1/2 the price of public parking, provided you can find it). Other pluses include A/C, well equipped kitchen, great espresso machine, nearby supermarket, friendly neighbours and walkable distances for good restaurants and the main beach in Maiori. Maiori itself is an excellent base for the Amalfi coast. It is reasonably populated and priced compared to Amalfi and Positano, and well connected logistically to the entire coast. This was one of the best stays for us, and we highly recommend it.

Our 15 day stay was amazing! Agropoli is a beautiful, scenic area with lots to do nearby - we will visit again & stay at Giuseppe’s! From the front of the apartment there’s a beautiful view of the harbour. We enjoyed watching boats come in & out. The apartment is at the top of a hill but we did not mind (it is the most perfect panoramic view!). It is just a short 5-10 minute walk into the centre, with 300m of hill when returning to the apartment. The place was spotless & had everything we needed. The bed was SO comfortable. We received fresh towels & linen during our stay. We easily got groceries nearby & tried many beautiful restaurants, cafes & bakeries - all within walking distance! We did not have a car, but took the train/walked to every activity. We enjoyed a day trip to Paestum, Napoli & took many hikes in the nearby trails. We tried a fantastic ceramics class recommended by Giuseppe & found a new hobby! Giuseppe was always at hand when we needed & a fantastic host! 😁

I recommend the apartment. I felt at home. It was very clean and has bus connections near the center of Naples and you can go to different places. From there, the airport is nearby. Antonio was always responsible, asking if you were comfortable or needed something. So I recommend it.

The apartment upstairs is very nice. We really liked the terrace: you can see the stars and the moon, it is very relaxing to sit there at night and hear the singing of the crickets. The children were very comfortable: the garden and pool were ideal for them. The dog was also able to enjoy green spaces, no obligation to wear leash. Silvio has been at all times lovely, despite the bustle of the children and occasional barking of Bruma. ¡Thank you Silvio! :-)

Alessandro’s house was wonderful with a great terrace that allowed to have a feeling of solitude within the bustling old town.

We loved our stay in Positano. The space is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The view is amazing. The bus stop is very convenient to the apartment. Arianna welcomed us and was very helpful. The hosts even arranged a transfer for us from Naples.

Marina’s air b and b was great. The place was very clean and tidy, she provided me with some food in the house upon arrival, and the view is spectacular. 100 percent recommend staying here. She also helped me with my bags given that it is a bit of a walk to the house from the street, and she was very friendly

Our stay at the Dreamer's House was everything we had hoped - the beauty of Positano in the November sun, no crowds, stunning views of the sea and across the town. We felt like we were in the most special location of the most beautiful town. We enjoyed the steps and the way they made us take our time and savour the moment and the view round each corner. Maria welcomed us warmly and introduced us to the locality with a helpful map and recommendations for places to explore, shop and eat. The house was well equipped, comfortable and providing delicious wine and a library of books were lovely extra touches. Breathtaking views from Nocelle and the Walk of the Gods were a bonus with blue skies and sunshine.

Wow. This place was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and the views are incredible, better than the pictures honestly. The large walk out patio with retractable awning give you the perfect place to hang out before or after all of the steps. Yes, this is quite a walk from the beach (30ish mins), but there’s a small grocery shop right down the street and a great restaurant steps from the entrance to this place. There is a bus stop just down the street and that bus will take you down the mountain if you’d like. We walked up and down every day and after the first day we were used to it. You’re expecting to walk a lot in Positano after all. Our only complaint was that we ran out of coffee pods for the coffee maker after day 2 (we stayed for 7) and couldn’t find any compatable pods in any of the nearby shops so we just had to get our coffee each morning from the bar about a ten minute walk from here. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Alessia's villa is spectacular, a real gem and a rarity. When we arrived, we were greeted with such friendliness and courtesy by Tania that we felt completely at ease. The villa is so comfortable, clean and filled with everything one could need. We like to cook and had a wonderful time buying fresh fish and picking eggplants, tomatoes and peppers from the vegetable garden which is tended to daily by the gardener. The pool is spotless and completely private. We swam all the time when we were not at the beach (Serapo is 5 minutes 5). In the morning and evening, we often sat on the spacious patio with coffee or cocktails, admiring the stunning views. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about our stay and Alessia. We will definitely be back :)

Marco was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He responded to everything fast and clear, he is really generous and helped us so much in everything! We recommend and we will repeat for sure!!

The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

A great apartment, comfortable for 4 people. The location is excellent, near the main train station, close to the ferry port to get to the islands, and within easy walking distance of the city centre and numerous restaurants and attractions.

We really felt like we were in our own home. The apartment is clean and really cozy. Equipped with everything you need. Giacomo is much more than kind, he recommended us on the best way to get to the apartment (I would not want to write it so as not to pass him for a service included but he came to pick us up at the station and took us back on the day of departure). She gave us directions to amenities and restaurants nearby. Always ready to respond to every request. The best airbnb I've ever lived in. Thank you

We have stayed at Stefano’s place for impromptu weekend away. It was immaculately prepared and the location.. oh my… if you want to experience the real Naples, this is the place to be. So conveniently located for all major sites and transport hubs, in old building full of character, well tucked away from street noise and therefore very quiet.
