Vacation rentals with a patio in Gulf of Mexico

We stayed here for 11 days and I didn’t want to leave! The place was absolutely beautiful. It was fully equipped and beautifully decorated. We are so grateful to Adam.

This is a great spot if you're looking for a place to stay in downtown Sarasota. Everything is modern and clean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The water pressure in the showers is phenomenal. The beds were very comfortable. Includes a water pitcher in the fridge for filtered drinking water. The only drawback was our unit was facing Fruitville Road so traffic noise was bothersome, but we had the windows open for fresh air so that probably contributed to that. We would definitely stay here again.

10/10 I love this place, I would definitely come back again, everything was like in photos and in the description, the communication is very good they immediately endorse, the center is close to the place and the beaches, only the restaurant was in remodeling but next week it will be working, the pools I love and more the one that is up.

Excellent location and price. Entire apartment was very clean and modern. Hosts responded to questions immediately. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient.

Greatest host ever! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. Phenomenal communication, extremely helpful, and Karla went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This is our favorite Airbnb on the island.

The host was fabulous! Very responsive and let us check in a little early. The place itself was super nice and felt very homey. Everything was a good walking distance or a scooter distance (that was our favorite!). Overall 10/10 would definitely come back here again!

Absolutely loved to stay there! definitely would have moved in it’s perfect for me being a single adult traveling through Florida. But also a great spot for a honeymoon, they have bikes you can ride at sunset which is the perfect time. And I do wanna add even though they don’t have a washer and dryer the laundromat is within the perfect distance easy to walk to if wanted. I absolutely loved walking the entire neighborhood and down to the yacht Club. this apartment is in what I would consider one of the safest neighborhood I’ve been in and quiet. There’s also great Churches in the area I recommend trying Cape Christian. I will definitely be back and living in Cape Coral. After Staying at This airbnb it has set my mind that I want to move to this area here after traveling both sides of Florida’s pan handle. Huge thanks to my Airbnb hosts yall are amazing!

This place is perfect for a sweet little getaway. It’s always clean and organized. Claudia is a wonderful host and replies fast to make sure everything is going well.

Excellence stay quiet neighborhood place look just like the photos very. Very cozy and comfortable spot definitely will stay again.

My 2nd stay here. Perfect for my needs: a sister w/a walker: 1 low step in to home and walk-in shower. I was there attending a large family events. Publix is a 4 min drive. Easy for me to get around Palm Harbor. Love the screened-in patio and always use the washer/dryer. Efrain was very helpful and readily responds to inquiries in time frames stated.

Super easy to check in, host communicated well and the house is beautiful and super convenient! Would definitely book again!

My girlfriend and I are nomads so we’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to Airbnbs. Our host Marianne did not let down. We stayed at her house for a month to explore SA and most of the fun was within walking distance. We never felt unsafe. As for the house, you can easily tell how much time, thought, and effort Marianne put in to designing a great experience for her guests. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this stay to anyone. Strengths: The backyard was very dog friendly. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking / long term stays. We stayed 1 month. The furniture, including the bed, were all comfy. We felt at home. Note: Consider the nearby railroad. We’d recommend bringing your favorite white noise machine for the night. Weaknesses: None

It was an amazing stay and I would love to come back! The home was beautiful, the pool area was relaxing and it was a huge kitchen. The media/theater room was a bit difficult to navigate but the smart TV downstairs was a simple and equally as comfortable solution. The host was very responsive to any question or concern I had. Overall was a great stay.

very much enjoyed the stay...did something in the surrounding areas every day. However dealing with how AIRBNB does business was horrible. They do not have an easy way to cancel an early departure. got conflicting information from AIRBNB staff. You want to do better AIRBNB then instruct your staff to assist your guests in making early departures. give a one click box for guests to cancel early.

Louis was great. He worked with me on my special request & I couldn’t be more pleased. His place is modern & immaculate! I look forward to my next trip to Baton Rouge & checking availability.

Val is amazing. She reached out in advance of our arrival to ensure we were able to communicate. Email directions were spot on!! Location of this condo is perfect!! We will be back. Val is an amazing host!! We were anticipating Hurricane Helene and she connected with us to ensure we were safe, and that we had all that we needed!!

The property is just as described and pictured. The location is excellent and centrally located to everything. The host was friendly, helpful and had great communication. We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The space was inviting, beautifully designed, and made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was fantastic close to everything we wanted to explore, which made getting around so easy. The amenities really stood out for us. Having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher was such a game changer it made traveling so much more convenient. We also appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the space. The host was amazing, super responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. It was clear they truly cared about making our stay memorable. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave and kept wishing we had booked for longer! We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town.

We had a wonderful stay at Stanley’s place! We booked last minute in SPI after changing plans for Florida due to hurricane Milton and were lucky to snag this great condo. My biggest priorities were a great view, a short walk to the beach, and a heated pool and this place met all three. The view is awesome from inside the condo (both the primary bedroom and living room have ocean views) and even better from the comfy furniture on the porch. There are tons of beach towels, a beach chair (only one though), lots of beach toys, and even a few floaties for the pool. The kitchen is really well stocked and even had stainless steel tumblers and wine glasses perfect for the pool/beach. There were thoughtful touches like a welcome basket with a few snacks & drinks, soap at every sink, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. The gated Sadia complex was nice, if a bit older, and seemed well taken care of. The pools & hot tubs were clean and warm. Overall a great stay!
