Greg’s place is very nice but I wouldn’t call it luxury. It is clean, stocked with all of the essentials, and has all that is listed, but it’s rather normal. It is not beachfront but does have a decent view above the resorts. The beach is a 15 mins walk up/down a very steep hill entering the gated community. The bed is smaller than an American queen size — by six inches in length — which is unusable for anyone 6 foot or taller (I slept on the couch while my wife used the bed). Greg apologized and thoughtfully left chocolates at the door. He is a pleasant and responsive host. The location is in a safe and quiet neighborhood but not close to anything. Ubers are plentiful and fast and inexpensive, otherwise it is not very walkable as it’s on the major highway road and doesn’t have real sidewalks. Overall, it was a nice price but I wouldn’t stay there again as I didn’t find it convenient without a car and it did not meet my expectations based on the listing description.

In-law behind the garage, quietly located next to the owner apartment. the decor is simple and old but works well. The shower is hot. Oscar supports problems or if something is missing. 5 minutes walk from Malecón.

The place is super spacious, clean, comfortable, Azhel is super on the slope but still respects privacy. It also has double bars which makes it safe and is at the foot of the road, you don't need to walk more than a block to take transportation, or one to go to Chedraui, or go to the shop, there's even a pizzeria nearby. One of my best stays!

Great experience!! I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment, and I was more than satisfied.The space is comfortable, clean and very well equipped, ideal for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, close to Marina San José , Acre , Flora Farm , Hotel El Ganzo and is only 7 min from downtown San Jose . The host was very attentive and was always available to resolve any doubts. I felt at home throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect combination of comfort and location. I hope to be back soon!

We had a great stay and are thankful for a quick check in and check out. Our reservation was made the night before because our family chose to stay an additional night. The reservation was approved promptly and we were able to check in early. Super clean and AC works great! Will definitely stay again in the future!

Excellent place very cozy and the hosts are very attentive.

We stayed here with 5 adults and 2 children. It was wonderful! The location is close to the Malecon and Puerta Cortes, where we were fishing from. Also close to Playa El Coromuel which is a great beach. The security was friendly and gave piece of mind. The kitchen was well stocked and the view was priceless. The kids loved the pool. Hosts were very responsive. The walk from the house was a little tricky for the older folks in our party, but they could easily drive to the bottom of the hill and park and then access the nearby restaurants. Recommend for a big family. Garage fitted two trucks with plenty of room. Well secured all the way around.

Our first impression of the home was that it was very clean, spacious and cozy. We all felt at home immediately. The house was very clean and all the furniture and decor were perfectly laid out. We spent quite a bit of time in the back covered patio enjoying the surprisingly mild summer temperatures. Henry is an exceptional host who thought of providing all the amenities one could possibly need. We will definitely return to this house if we ever return to Sierra Vista, AZ.

I booked this place for my family and we enjoyed so much this place. Huge patio, pool was amazing. AC system in 4 rooms and kitchen too. I can't complain at all being honest. Administrator was very helpful when needed.

This place is truly amazing! The attention to every detail is shown throughout the property. It was very clean and the house provided more then enough towels and anything you need to enjoy cooking, hanging, and relaxing. We really loved the upstairs balcony and the hot tub. It got hot in about 40mins. There are basically 3 separate houses- 2 master bedrooms with own sink and fridge. The one by the pool has an outdoor shower that we loved using. This place exceeded our expectations and the host was able to accommodate us within 24hours of booking due to a last min need. Jose greeted us upon arrival and was available for any questions or issues. Highly recommend this for 3-4 couples (plenty of big comfy beds) or a large family with children. We hope to come back and stay again one day! Truly special

Great location. Close enough to downtown but at a good distance to keep it safe and private. Great accommodations. Condo is even better in person. With pleasant security guards 24hrs a day. Definitely a “must return” for my family and I. The host was attentive and quick to respond to our messages.

Condo was very clean and had everything me and my family needed. Pretty spacious and the ocean view was beautiful. Would definitely rent this condo again.

The accommodations worked great for our family. We had 9 people and the occupancy wasn’t an issue. The beach/water was within a 5-10 min walk from the doorstep. ATM within a 10 min walk at a nearby resort. Multiple pools on site, putt course, skylounge (rooftop bar) was awesome great views and a live band/DJ, views of the ocean on a large balcony. Great A/C, in fact a little cold, but just turned it off when needed (temperature function didn’t work). Only thing was one shower had just a trickle of water pressure, so teens showered in our room, but with 3 bathrooms it wasn’t a huge deal. Definitely would stay here again.
