Very nice accommodation with the family, we had a great stay, the living room is large and the open kitchen is very convenient. There is space outside to park easily, the owners stay in the adjoining house, they are available and very friendly, we thank them!

the house is very functional, with a certain character and goes to the essentials (with a mini emergency kit that served us for a child's bobo). Victor was available and kindly welcomed us. We enjoyed the calm, the proximity to targeted places (by car anyway) and the children (4 and 7 years old) enjoyed the books and games when it was gray. A very nice stay for us. Thank you Victor.

We were warmly welcomed by Anne and given a tour of the cottage. She is very helpful and immediately available for questions. Everything perfectly clean, new and stylishly furnished with very good taste. The property is completely closed with walls and fence. Perfect for our boys to play. We would like to thank you very much for an unforgettable stay and look forward to coming back next year.

We spent Christmas Eve with the family we were 11 people Sabrina is a very friendly host, we were able to arrive early. Everything was ready when we arrived, beds made, towels which is much appreciated. A little bonus a fireplace and a cute Christmas tree that delighted our little children. Very quiet environment very good value for money. We recommend this place and will be sure to come back. A big thank you to Sabrina from our whole family.

The apartment is functional, clean, quiet and close to the city center. Olivier was always very responsive.

I had a lovely stay, the apartment is perfect and very well suited for working remotely. There was nothing missing. The location is ideal (a few minutes walk from downtown) and the dedicated parking space is a real plus. I will not hesitate to book this apartment again when I am back in Rennes!

The apartment is very well located in the heart of the historic district of Rennes , with a street that offers a lot of Restaurants we really appreciated the very convenient private parking in the center of Rennes. The building is very quiet. The apartment is not very large, but as described, moreover it is very functional and has everything you need. Communication with Emilie was excellent and asked, very clear instructions.

Francine is adorable, clean accommodation with lots of care. Very well equipped accommodation, it feels like home. Very pleasant setting with beautiful walks to do. Everything was perfect. Don't hesitate ☺️
