I had a lovely stay at Émeline and Lionel's, in a clean and functional accommodation, well-equipped, in a lively and pleasant area of Lamballe. They even provided a blue disk in the accommodation, if you don't have one in your car. What's more, to get to Erquy, at Cap Fréhel, we are in the right part of the city for the routes leading there. There was an unforeseeable problem during the stay: I really appreciated that Emeline and Lionel intervened quickly, by exchanging messages, not being on site, ditto for a question on the use of equipment. To be expected: climbing the 2 floors by the beautiful old wooden staircase, but given the parking facilities, at least this season, it's easy to unload vehicles.

The accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped and comfortable to stay in. The coast and the village are within walking distance. Fabrice is accommodating and attentive, I would recommend it. Thank you:)

Availability of very comfortable and always free parking in front of the entrance of the property. Convenient location to reach various points of interest in the area. Nice skylight above the bed where you can look at the stars on clear nights. Recommended!

Small accommodation very convenient, functional and ideally located to discover the region. We stayed there for a weekend, as a couple with a baby, and appreciated that there was an umbrella bed and high chair on site. Sabine was available and responsive. We recommend.

very clean and well located accommodation, 10 minutes walk from the beach. The terrace to eat outside was very much appreciated. we had a great time.

Magali's place is true to the photos and its description. An apartment with the advantages of a small house, with space and small garden. Well equipped and close to the port on foot like shops and restaurants. Pleasant decor and possibility to bring our dog, perfect, we'll be happy to come back!

it imperatively requires a car, the neighborhood is very quiet but rather secluded for shopping or going to the sea. very good for cyclists and hikers, but more complicated for others

Cozy apartment with outdoor private entrance. I spent a night there for the Glazig trail and the apartment met all my needs in terms of features, comfort and calm. The port of Binic and shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Magali is an accommodating and responsive host. I recommend it:)

Very nice apartment in a quiet residence, and as advertised. We had a nice stay there. Spacious, clean and functional accommodation. Special mention for the sea view. The kitchen is very well equipped. The large sofa is really a plus. Very responsive host, highly recommend.

Everything went very well, we had a good stay at the accommodation, we really enjoyed the self check-in, the accommodation is perfect for stays. Several nearby activities we were able to do including walking and an escape game

My stay in this apartment was great. The location is great, close to shops and the beach. The interior is clean, bright and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and we enjoyed the small touches left by our host. Yann was very responsive and attentive, giving us good tips to enjoy the neighborhood. Check-in instructions were clear and specific. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

A pleasant stay, nothing better to relax. No noise. We were well received, smiling, kind, welcoming. The accommodation is clean and quiet. The superb hot tub, perfect for a quiet evening after a good walk.
