Great location, great views! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was the perfect spot. Walking distance to everything and right in town. 2 blocks from the train station! The place was very clean and very safe. Thanks for everything!

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

We had an amazing 4-night stay in Menton! The apartment offered an incredible view that we couldn’t get enough of, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic, though it’s worth noting there’s a bit of a walk up the hill to get back. The apartment itself was equipped with top-brand white goods, and we especially loved the Miele coffee machine, which made the best coffee we've had in a long time. The underground parking was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go without worrying about street parking. A really thoughtful touch was the welcome bottle of bubbles and snacks, which made us feel right at home. Our only small critique would be that for 3 guests and 4 nights, only 2 rolls of toilet tissue were provided, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place in Menton! Communication with Tatjana- second to none. xxxxx

Very nice house close to center of a beautiful village.

Benita was an extremely communicative host. Her home is absolutely gorgeous and her sweet cats made us feel right at home. Looking forward to staying at the Secret House again sometime in the future. Would recommend to any couple.

Seemingly tidy and well-maintained nickel

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

Great stay at this house. The listing is accurate. The house is perfectly equipped and the bedding comfortable. Location is great for visiting the surrounding area. The road is relatively close but we hear it very little, we'll be happy to come back.

A highly recommended accommodation, which is extremely stylish and nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we partly cooked ourselves. The terrace was perfect for our little dog and to eat outside in nice weather or simply end the evening. Everything was exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The location of the apartment was good for exploring Cannes, Nice and other surrounding places. The communication with Tanja was very pleasant and straightforward at all times. Private parking was an added bonus.

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Jurjen is a great host, we had a wonderful time at his place! The Hause was super clean and matched the description. The location is also great. We would loved to come back again sometime!

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

I cant say enough about Herve and his home. We stayed for the whole month of September. From the moment we arrived until the sad moment we checked out, it felt like home. The home itself was so comfortable with nice furnishing, excellent storage, comfortable beds, and the most amazing feature was an expansive deck looking over the walls ocean. I have to mention the kitchen… we have stayed in multiple long term European airbnbs and Herves was by far the most adequately stocked. Everything from plenty of cookware to serveware… even a cabinet full of spices. The location, for us, was simply ideal. It was just around the corner from la Croisette on a quieter, more residential beach. So close to many modestly priced restaurants along with some amazing more luxurious restaurants. We love to walk or bicycle everywhere so we walked to the busier area with all of the beach clubs almost daily. Herve was quickly responsive to us and offered amazing recommendations

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. We loved the little balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the apartement is next to a big supermarket. The public beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The train station is also 15 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by bus away. It was very convenient go stay hier. :) Only the road can be a little bit loud in the night.

Very nice studio in a peaceful place, very well equipped with all the necessities, clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable, really nothing to complain about! Host very available to help me find the place (even if the instructions were very clear, I didn't read very well!)
