Everything is impeccably clean and tidy, and the fresh air combined with the stunning view of the lake from your window will leave you speechless. The hosts are always quick to respond and eager to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. I had the pleasure of personally meeting these wonderful people, and I can say with certainty that they left me with the warmest and most heartfelt impressions. This is truly a place you won’t want to miss!

Thank you for letting our larger dog stay at your rental. We enjoyed sitting on the porch even though it was raining. The surroundings were beautiful! The cabin was really well built and nicely furnished. Rebecca always responded to our questions and was so accommodating. I would recommend Rebecca to other guests.

3rd and extended stay at Jody's.... I just love the unassuming location and privacy and right at home feel when you walk in the door.... always exceptionally clean and i got to experience the Snow Globe effect of watching the Snow amongst the wall of windows .... for DoorDash users like myself, no issues in finding the location. And Jody yet again is responsive and caring and hospitable to any needs or concerns. When I'm in Ohio this is where I aim to stay..... youll appreciate all the amenity touches and comforts .... This is our third stay and it’s always so incredible, third time! This tiny home overlooking the scenic Mahoning River has become the place my husband and I go to unwind. The mere thought brings my BP down. ME really put a lot of thought into this build, tiny but not lacking anything, high end appointments too.

Great place to stay. Very clean well kept. Lotta room. The only negative that I would have is the beds are too small for a couples.

Stayed overnight for my Daughter’s volleyball tournament that was in the area . Beautiful location and property! Check in was fast and easy. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner . Overall it was a great place to stay! I would definitely recommend this property!

Nice place, quiet, comfortable get away to relax and chill. They have many different games to play...you can fish off the dock...we didn't catch much, but still relaxing. a lot to do in the surrounding area as well. Had fun and would recommend!

Fantastic place to stay! Cristina’s clear instructions and warm, friendly messages made the space feel incredibly welcoming and homey. The living room was much more spacious than I had expected, adding to the overall comfort. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be returning!

If you have family in this remote area, this is the place to stay. Easy to get to two local towns. The home is peaceful and relaxing. A Ohio girl who turned Floridian, found it very refreshing to find a quiet, clean, place with all the amenities. Wonderful home for to visit family young and old.

Everything was exactly as described and the cabin and property were immaculate! Check in was easy- and we were all impressed with the amenities in the kitchen. There was lots of space indoors, a great fire pit outside, next level hot tub, and the heated floors in the game room were a hit. We all agreed we would love to stay here again sometime soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was clean, and spacious and easy to get to. It rained most of the time but the fireplace was cozy and the views were peaceful. We did have some confusion around getting the hot tub to heat up, and had difficultly contacting the host but this may have been partially due to the spotty cell service. Overall we enjoyed our time and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing staycation.

We were really enjoyed our stay. It was well worth what we paid for it. It was really private, quiet and peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. There was also plenty to do in the area.

The cabin was fully stocked with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets. The attention to detail was evident, and I really appreciated how comfortable and inviting the space was. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat with stunning surroundings. This is our second time staying at this cabin and would love to return in the future! I highly recommend!!

This stay was beautiful and peaceful. We were able to have a fire inside and outside - it made our experience even more cozy! All amenities listed were there + extras! The hosts were extremely helpful and incredibly quick to respond. This cabin is ideal for privacy, more “off grid” vibes, outdoor nature activities, and creating memories with the people you’re with. Every part of this home was comfy and homey - yet designed to impress (which is so rare to have both!). We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend it to those who are wanting a more off grid get-away/stay and enjoys nature! Beautiful views everywhere! Being pet friendly is even more of a plus. Photos do not do this place justice. This cabin was absolutely gorgeous. My husband, 2 kids, dog and I enjoyed our weekend away to celebrate my birthday in nature. I can see us coming back to visit any time of year. The driveway is steep and the last bit of road leading up to the house is gravel, 4wd would be needed in the wintertime. I loved that we could bring our dog with us on this trip. The house did not smell like other animals at all, it was spotless and looked brand new! Hot tub and fire pit were a great added bonus. We honestly loved this place so much, we asked Alison if she would consider selling 🤣 This location is only a short hour-long trip from Pittsburgh and felt so peaceful, it was the perfect weekend getaway. We will absolutely be back!

I was only at the Grand Teton for one night but it was the perfect stay for my holiday road trip. The cabin had everything my dogs and I needed for our night and they loved the treats left behind by the cleaner. 🐶 (Thank you for being a dog-friendly Airbnb with no hidden/high fees, they are so rare to find!) We would happily return to Kodi’s resort oasis in the future!

Absolutely beautiful and worth the money. Joel was an excellent host. Wonderful country getaway, yet close to attractions and shopping. Extremely pet friendly. I have nothing but positive things to say about Joel and his place. We will most definitely consider staying here again.

This was a wonderful experience. The cabin was adorable and was just the perfect size for my husband and I and our 3 dogs to relax and unwind with plently of land to explore. It was amazing waking up and looking out the kitchen window and seeing a farm, trees and steers instead of other houses or a busy street. The stars at night, without all the light pollution are just breathtaking. Jan and his family were very friendly and welcoming and there whenever you needed them. My dogs had a great time playing indoors and out, even though the weather was not the greatest. We will definitely be staying again, but definitely longer next time, we didn't want to leave!

This place was beautiful! Everything provided in details was accurate. The mini fridge was useful. P.S Be mindful there is no freezer. Very clean and quiet. The walkable trail was definitely a plus! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Couldn’t have been a more perfect spot for us and our pups. Don’t even get me started on how accommodating they were for the dogs. Pawfect place to bring our pups, they even had dog bowls !
