We had a great time with the family for Christmas week! Fabrice was very accommodating for our arrival and we were greeted by a very nice Christmas tree that made the joy of young and old too. The house is located very close to the beach, which allowed us to go for great walks with the kids. A small flaw to report: the front door that is not very easy to open! Maybe from the cold?

We had a lovely stay. The house is very pleasant and comfortable. There's nothing missing! Unfortunately, we regret poor concierge management... the house was not ready at the time we were offered to arrive: uncleaned plancha and pool and the person was still walking around the house to check that everything was in order.

The house is perfect and sleeps a lot of 12 people. Kids loved the dorm room. The house is quiet and a few meters from the beach. The hot tub is the little plus of the house. The house is very well equipped. Perfect communication with Anthony and very clear instructions before check-in. We had a lovely stay.

A great modern and perfectly equipped villa. The kitchen and dining areas are perfect and can be largely opened onto the outdoor area. Great swimming pool. Villa is well heated so perfect also for October. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

A well-stocked active life, we were looking for a family break with our 9-month-old loulou. Well, everything was there. Nice and attentive people, everything was done to make our stay enjoyable even up to the baby seat on the bikes available. As for the house nothing to say ultra pretty cocconing and pool and spa facilities available at any time and at the top of modernity we would recommend it without hesitating and above all we will come back thank you Elodie Élie and Tiyo

Draft Le Hautbois review; Villa Le Hautbois is a beautiful home which is aptly named being high up surrounded by tall trees that give a feeling of complete seclusion while actually being just 7 minutes walk from both local shops and the famous sandy beach with its range of water activities and restaurants. Jean Philippe was a lovely host. Both he and Marion made us feel very welcome.

We had a really great stay. Vannes has plenty to do, with great restaurants and bars within 20 minutes walk of the house. The Gulf de Morbihan is beautiful, with many great places to visit and boat trips to take. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay in this dream house very nicely decorated, modern in very good taste with all the necessary amenities. The sea as far as the eye can see, its gentle noise to accompany the night and the day. It lived up to our expectations for this beautiful family weekend in an area that we particularly appreciate.

What a wonderful stay! We are absolutely delighted! The house is very beautiful, perfectly equipped, ideally located close to many shops of all kinds and the beach! The market (3 times a week in summer) is at the end of the street, we were able to do everything on foot! The house is very peaceful, golden with a shaded garden with all the amenities needed to make the most of the inside and outside! We had a magical weekend in the house. We were 14 guests (adults and children) and each had their own space. Direct access to the beach is wonderful. the kids were able to go play and swim their feet on their own. We had great luck on the weather. The weekend was sunny and allowed us nice bike rides and walking. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Have breakfast facing the sea and seeing the sun rise and setting in the veranda amazed us all. The large indoor and outdoor tables allowed for good family moments. Just like the large kitchen space. The house is well heated. Marielle was very kind to us, to the care of us. This parenthesis in this idyllic place has refreshed us all. It's our pleasure to come back and spend a few days together.

Alice has an amazing house. We really enjoyed our stay. We had 8 adults and 5 kids and we were comfortable here. The kitchen is very well stocked, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The outdoor area is ideal for families. The neighbour is quite, safe and walking distance to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property for large groups.

Beautiful accommodation, perfect for a family with young children. Swimming pool and garden area are fantastic, we had a great time and would go again. Not too far from Nates city center or the beach. Delphine & Thomas were always helpful.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

Very nice welcome by Isabelle and Jean-Philippe with welcome gift, the two are very friendly and helpful hosts. Modern, excellently equipped house, large heated pool with extra shower and toilet, plus the outdoor bar. Quiet location, shopping and restaurants can be reached in less than 10 minutes (St.-Avé/Vannes). Definitely recommended!

After visiting Piriac over twenty five times during the last forty years, I can honestly say that Cecilia’s house is the best accommodation we have stayed in all that time. Location close to the town and beach were ideal, facilities in the house were superb, nothing was missing, it was a home rather than a rental opportunity.And the pool was an absolute bonus. Cecilia was always on hand if we needed her. What more can I see other than that you all so much for a wonderful holiday,,we will be back - again !
