Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guayacanes

We have just stayed a month at Romena's. The apartment is very pleasant, spacious, clean, safe and quiet. Being retired , we only needed a supermarket and a nice beach for swimming within easy walking distance. We'll definitely be back.

Nice and very spacious apartment on 6th floor above the sea, with a beautiful view, infinity pool very close to the sea. You have to walk about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the beach area suitable for bathing.

The apartment is excellently equipped, both in the kitchen and the bedrooms. It has all the utensils and glassware that we could require. The furniture is new and very complete. As a frequent visitor, this place is the best of those rented in Marbella.

Excellent location, super spacious and well comfortable the amfintrion super attentive to every detail and super quick to respond to any concerns , I would definitely stay in this accommodation again.

A 5-star home on the 6th floor of the Aquarella Tower. A few items were missing when we arrived (coffee machine, safe combination, hair dryer) but everything was quickly added by Beachstay. Amazing sea view, air conditioning and much appreciated fans, the pool and building are cleaned every day, very very clean. Functional accommodation, very comfortable master bedroom, the second bedroom was noisy because of the back and forth to the elevator and the doors closed badly. Some restaurants are reached by foot by the beach about 20 min away, the other restaurants accessible by bus or taxi. A bar service at the pool would be much appreciated. The staff at the reception always with a smile. I would recommend this place for peace, cleanliness, and great Beachstay service. Would return

The apartment is super cute , spacious and comfortable , the kitchen super well equipped for people who love cooking. In the area you can find very good restaurants, as well as places to go out at night to give you a few drinks well . The people in charge are super friendly !!! The only observation is that the bathroom bounces some water in the wash area. Everything else is excellent. 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you very much..

This house is huge. Plenty of room. The location was not really cohesive to what I wanted. No water pressure.

This was our first time vacationing to this part of the DR and wow! The condo was Amazing and condo was very beautiful and better than the pictures! The View was beautiful as every day we sat on the balcony which wrapped around the condo. You can see the beach and the beautiful view from the bed or the balcony. All of the staff in the building were very friendly. We took maximum advantage of the pool and jacuzzi as they were amazing and I met many new friends. I highly recommend Juan as he is an outstanding host! He answered my questions quickly and even helped me make arrangements for a ride to and from the airport with Abel Taxi service whom I highly recommend also. Juan also recommended going to Nico Beach restaurant (5 stars) to enjoy a meal and more beach adventure. The only other thing I would recommend is spending more than 5 days as you will fall in love with Juan's condo! We had so much fun and can not wait to go back!

I loved the apartment it was right by the ocean had central AC, amazing balcony overlooking playa juan dolio.The beach and pool was really entertaining and relaxing.

Excellent communication , the place is A Plus , the Beautiful beach less than a block away , walkable area with many different restaurant , friendly and secure area really good for everybody , family with children will love it !!

Great place! Anthony was responsive, and our family enjoyed staying there. The only downside was the low water pressure in the master bathroom shower; we all used the shower in the other bathroom. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy beautiful Juan Dolio.

Nice Apartment! with everything you need to spend few days out of the city! Very close to a beach, and you can drive few minutes to other better beaches. The complex has stores next to where you can get some basic supplies. Thanks to Mildred for being communicative and helpful!

We came to Santo Domingo on a girls trip and our initial airbnb was very disappointing and the location wasn't desirable. We decided to look for a new one after the first night and George's place saved our vacation. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the view is to die for! The kitchen is well stocked with amenities and there's a market across the street to grab a few things. We felt extremely safe with the security gate and it was very peaceful. Some of my friends are already planning to come back with their husband's.
