We were staying here for 6 days and we really liked it! The location is a 15-minute walk from the central park and many places to eat. Our stay was wonderful, everything was very clean, the space super cute, the terrace perfect for sunbathing and working. The internet worked great. We recommend this cozy house and would definitely come back!

This home was very cozy and felt like home. It is in a great central location close to many restaurants (and Starbucks) and the Central Park. The home was very clean and exactly as described. It does get a little nosy at night from the bar across the street, but I did not mind at all. The noise might have been more than usual for us because they were getting ready for Christmas festivities. Overall, I loved the home and would stay here again if I do another trip to Antigua. As for Sonia, she was great. She responded to my messages quickly before the trip. I didn’t need anything during, so had no reason to message her after we got all checked in. I would not mind visiting Sonia’s other properties as well.

Love the uniqueness of place. Booked for the office and peaceful roof and they didn’t disappoint. Only issue was office chair was on its last leg and the water pressure/temp in bathrooms but the best part was dealing with one of the kindest souls, Mirna. She provided great conversation and rides to airport as well at very reasonable price!

I was in Antigua for my cousin's wedding and my parents arrived before I did, so there was some concern with check-in. However, Gloria and Flor were amazing hosts and helped guide and meet them when they arrived. The unit is huge and for the 3 of us was extremely comfortable. The small pool/jacuzzi was always beautiful to look at and the area is incredibly quiet. The security for the private neighborhood was excellent and the cleaning staff made our stay very comfortable. We had an issue with the water pump on one of our final days, but it was resolved quickly and effectively within a reasonable amount that we were grateful for. I would highly recommend this location to anyone tryin to stay within walking distance to the downtown area and hoping for some privacy and a great view in the mornings. I look forward to coming back in the future myself!

Jorge was very attentive. Clear on all aspects of his rental. Definitely a great place to stay! Laundry service right around the corner,a bakery a few doors down and a store on the corner. The neighbor across the street was very friendly. And if you have a motorcycle, there is a place across the street that offers overnight parking. 10 minute walk to AGGS for transport anywhere. 5 minute walk to the Arch.

The place meets expectations, access is quite easy to perform. Recommended for activities close to Avenida Juan Chapín and its surroundings. Tony was always on the lookout for the stay, without a doubt we would come back.

I can really say that it was much better than I expected, I am completely happy and satisfied with my experience in their accommodation, I will definitely return. I recommend it 100%. Thank you very much Daniel, excellent service and the apartment is impeccable and spectacular.

Good view, the place was fine

We loved our stay at Sidia’s place. We have stayed in Villas Orotava multiple times because of the convenient, quiet location, private and secure complex, and the fact that they have a parking lot and free shuttle so our transportation options are covered. This was the best unit we’ve stayed in here. Very clean, very responsive hosts, and the complimentary coffee, tea, and wine were a very nice touch. If we come back we will definitely look to book their unit again!

Quo apartment complex is great: Parking, Stores Restaurants Supermarket and Bakery steps away and modern urban hype.

Comfortable and clean small apartment in an historic building. I'd stay here again!
