All very well organized, with attention to every detail. Communication with Matheus was impeccable from the start: fast, clear and always willing to help. Caution is visible in providing an above-average experience. The location is privileged, with easy access to the center and a pleasant view of the city. I will certainly return on future trips to Chapecó. I recommend without hesitation.
