Paulo's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: renovated, decorated and clean. All items mentioned in the listing were available in the apartment. And sincerely, in the days of my lease, I did not miss any furniture, appliances, or utensil. I have already had the opportunity to know the apartments of the pool, and I definitely say that it is worth renting Paulo's apartment (much more comfortable and renovated). The complex is excellent for the family. The ground floor restaurant serves coffee/lunch/dinner meals well. The beach is very close and with excellent structure. Finally, we highlight the host's attention and proactivity, always available to answer questions.

It was excellent, the apartment is very well located, with access to the beach, restaurants and shopping nearby. Antônio was very helpful and kind, always responding to all our doubts. Tidy apartment, bed and shower. We will definitely come back more often.

A good accommodation option at Riviera de São Lourenço beach for a couple or couple with 1 to 2 young children. The apartment was delivered well clean, the flat has daily cleaning and parking service covered with valet. The bathroom is very large and there is air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Excellent location to circulate by car and for beach access you should walk about 200 meters, but with availability of chairs and umbrellas on account of the apartment. The kitchen is suitable for breakfast preparation and ready and quick food heating, with a well-suited restaurant on the ground floor for those who do not want to eat at the mall. The host Tomio is very attentive and keeps the property in perfect working order. We recommend !!!

The location is great, very close to the beach! The condominio has an excellent structure several things to do, especially with children. The only point to improve the condominium is the lock system with cards, the cards demagnetize all the time, and it is necessary to go to the reception all the time to magnetize them. Other than that, the hosting was excellent!
