A great find to accommodate, Laura was very solicitous and instructed us in everything we need. The space although it is not very large has everything you need for a good stay. The air-conditioning was essential for the heat of Florianopolis.

Great accommodation, the hammock on the terrace is much appreciated. Close to shops and 2 minutes to the beach. Recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Valciliane’s place - the apartment is a good size with comfortable bedrooms and a big bright bathroom. The kitchen comes with everything you need including some salt, sugar etc which i always appreciate in an airbnb. The location is ideal, about a 30 second walk to campeche beach and the local surf school. I definitely recommend this place to fellow travellers.

The apartment has a very good location as it is close to markets, bakeries, restaurants and a few meters from the beach. Inside it is a cozy and clean place, with many resources available (wifi, cable, electronics, air-conditioning, among others), but in our view it has left much to be wished for at some times because it could have a better infrastructure. Still, in the moments that we asked for some help or appeal, hosts helped us and everything was excellent, always thoughtful and available.

Alexandre is always available for support and is very helpful. As for the house, it was extremely clean and well decorated, well suited to what we can see in the images. It also has many utilities available for use, such as: coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, glasses, barbecue knives, among others.

The property is as shown in the photos, even better: clean, cozy and with all the necessary amenities. Marines was super attentive since the beginning of the reservation, we had only one communication problem on the day of check in but which was resolved with the help of the building's doorman. With the exception of this isolated suit the rest was perfect.

Thiago was very kind and responsive before and during the stay. The Apartment is excellent, very comfortable and equipped with everything we need. The condominium is great and very well located, as announced. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!!
