We were very welcome, very cozy space, it was very clean, ample green area for children's fun, 1.5 and 3 years old, with very quiet place privacy, the only problem is to have been for little that time (4 days). I recommend without reservations.

We love the experience, we recommend for those who want a stay in a safe, quiet and close to everything like markets, bakery, restaurant, shops, the beach is super clean, extensive sand strip, we spent 8 wonderful days. Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!
