the apartment is great, it has everything we need, everything clean and working, as a suggestion, I suggest installing a shelf in the bathroom for the bottles inside the box (currently we leave it on the floor or we put it on top of the box). Quick communication, it was not possible to extend the check-out time, so be careful if you need to find another host, the building is great, easy to find, very locality for what I needed. I recommend!

Great apartment, 2 minutes from the beach, market next door, ice cream shop, restaurants and various shops! Exactly as in the pictures. Unique "defect" would be the lack of a dining table for more people, but for me it was not a nuisance!

Great apartment! Good location, cleaning , full kitchen, air-conditioning, televisions , everything working perfectly. Beach service with tents and chairs already assembled at your disposal. Mauro and his wife were great hosts and they answered us promptly in all our questions and requests . Looking forward to coming back !

House faithful to the announced, there was absolutely nothing missing regarding household items, bedding, table and bathing, in fact there was even too much. Very cozy house and proximity to the beach. The only negative point was not from the house but from the condominium that “obliges all who do not own to wear a pumpkin bracelet to access it. No General, I will definitely be renting again. Extremely careful and flexible owner, congratulations.

We spent great days in the house, large, bright environments, and special emphasis for cleaning that was really the best we've ever been in, if not the best. Homestay Ana is extremely solicitous and guided us all the time until the arrival and provided all support during the stay. The dirt road is very quiet and any car arrives easily, and it has not limited us to go to SFX eventually for this, even though it is not very close. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are great, even have a sauna, to complete moments of contemplation; all have views of surrounding nature. The kitchen is super equipped, new appliances, which greatly encouraged us to stay at home cooking

The apartment is beautiful, well cared for, clean and cozy, with all the necessary features and equipment for a comfortable stay. The condominium has easy access to the beach, cordial staff, in addition to offering table games and outdoor courts. The host, Ricardo, was excellent, passing all the necessary information and responding quickly. I recommend it!

I only had a problem checking in, but it wasn't the worst cause of the host, but the building that was without internet and the doorman couldn't verify my data, and they left me waiting on the street for a while. But when I contacted the host I was immediately answered, and they called the building to authorize my entrance. Other than that, everything was great.

We loved staying. The apartment was great and with all the items we needed. The only complaint was that they did not remove the trash from the bathroom and it was uncomfortable to find the dumpster filled with nasty garbage. From the rest everything was excellent, bed linens and bath etc.
