We had a wonderful carnival between friends, family and children. The house is great: spacious, airy, well-equipped, comfortable. Delicious leisure area. Gilceia is very hospitable and was super flexible during check-in and check-out times. The beach in front of the house has an amazing view, the sea is brave but it is great for walking.

A simple apartment, but with everything that was needed for a quiet stay. Clean, organized, fragrant linens, kitchen utensils for any endeavor (extremely clean), ventilated, good location, helpful doormen, cart to facilitate the movement of bags and finally an exquisite service and a really beautiful view. (Note: one thing that bothers me in Guarapari are the crowded buildings, this building, although apparently tin, is separated (by the angels lol) and at the same time close to everything - the building on the outside is unattractive, but the apartment is a little pretty - it won my heart). Congratulations.

And our second time in Liliane's apartment. We like it so much that we come back. I recommend the apartment. Everything very clean and neat. The apartment perfectly serves our family (with our little baby and our puppy). There are bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Our stay on the penthouse simply perfect! Truly breathtaking! The sea view, impeccable decor and comfort of every detail exceeded all our expectations. The privileged location, steps from the beach, was an incredible advantage. We loved the amenities of the penthouse, the private pool was a luxury, and the outdoor leisure areas contributed to unforgettable moments. The service was exceptional, from booking to check-out, Maria was extremely attentive and helpful in every detail, our reception we had such a thoughtful surprise that it won our hearts at first. I also emphasize here the service of the secretary Luana, we hired her service separately to take care of the cleaning and organization of the penthouse and she was wonderful in her service, she captivated us! We highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a luxury and tranquil retreat by the sea. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious and airy, one of the rooms with an ocean view, air-conditioning in all of them, very comfortable mattresses, Smart TV in the living room, and a kitchen with all the necessary items. You don't even need to cross the street to get to the beach, in fact, right on the sand, very safe for children. The pool was always warm, perhaps because of the local temperature. The neighborhood is a noble area of the city, very pleasant, quiet and peaceful, great for an afternoon walk. Fabrício responds quickly to questions. We'll be back for sure!

Our stay was simply wonderful! The apartment is large, very comfortable and well equipped, with everything that my family and I need for a perfect weekend. The location is a true paradise – the condo's backyard is literally the beach! José from the beginning was very attentive, we arrived at the house we were greeted by a delicious cake and wonderful fruits, He had a special fondness with my mother-in-law who was her birthday and he brought some good Diet ( because she's diabetic) until he was considerate. We felt at home , we had a problem with the shower and at the same time it came to solve . Township bringing with him an Italian bread for us to have with wine🍷. The house has a beautiful view, sleeping with the waves breaking in the stones that delight of sound . It's definitely a place I'll be back soon .
