Our stay was great. We had a lot of help from Cláudio for a flexible check-in, as our flight arrived early and there were other people still staying. Apartment place is very well located, a few steps from the beach and with great restaurants nearby. And finally, a very tranquil place to rest, I recommend!

I loved the experience. Márcia delivered a clean and organized apartment. Two bathrooms with electric showers and the air conditioners in perfect condition. For sure it will be my first option when returning to the wonderful city.

Carol is a wounderful host, and the place is great. The apartment is close to metro so you would have no troubles travelling through the city (two stations to Copacabana beach, a few more to Ipanema). The street is a bit noisy, but the surroundings are absolutely safe - I've spent a few month there and had no troubles. Carol solved all my issues in,timely and gentle manner. Despite the fact I've stayed there for a long period (more than 2 months) and I'm satisfied with my experience, I think that the apartment is more suitable for a shorter period - for a vacation or a few days/weeks

It exceeded our expectations. We love the apt, super complete with all the utensils and accommodations. There was nothing missing and they were always available to help us. Flexible at check in and check out. 3 min from the beach and close to supermarket, pharmacy, etc. We recommend ❤️🙏🏻

Valter and Márcia have welcomed us in a functional space with everything necessary to spend a family stay. The house is 10 min drive from the main points of Petrópolis, I found it very close. One day one of my children was sick and needed a doctor; well, the emergency care is 5 minutes away, by car and we were very well attended.

Our family of 8 spent a spectacular weekend at Casa Prates. The accommodations are impeccable, the house is super spacious, with an unbelievable view and well equipped with modern household appliances. Luiza and Marcelo have passed all the guidelines for the use of the house and even of nearby markets that deliver.

We had a wonderful weekend! We were greeted by Mrs. Maria who prepared a delicious snack. She is very friendly and requests. The house is very clean and organized, it has graceful decorations. Each one is very well equipped, it felt like home. Dona Maria, her husband and Letícia treated us with great attention and affection. We miss it already! We'll definitely be back with more family members!

It was the first trip my friend and I took together, and we loved the accommodation. Rafael and Roseane always gentle and cherished, made our passage through the city quieter. We will certainly stay here other times, as we feel at home and really welcomed. The place is clean and the neighborhood is quiet, it has restaurants, cinema, shopping and beach very close by. I recommend and will come back every time you go through Rio! 😊

Fernanda has always been very solicitous and concerned about our well-being throughout the stay. The house was clean, tidy, has various types of utensils and small household appliances ( blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, mix) She was very flexible at check in and check out, we plan to come back soon.

Great reception made by Gessica with cake and juice, accommodation and clean bed and table linen and in good quantity, a barbecue place with private garden, garage, clean, sanitized, wide house that accommodates people well, extremely helpful hostess. Great location near the center and Lake Javary 4 minutes by car, for those who like to walk is quiet around 20 minutes. I recommend it and we will definitely return.

Thiago was a friendly host very quick to respond, had made all the necessary arrangments to get to the his place with no problems. Apartment looked tidy, clean and great location, away from the hustle and crowded Copacabana, steps away from Flamengo beach full of colorful local beach goers. I will certainly stay at Thiago’s place again on my next trip

Amamos the Ap de Adenilson. Everything is very chic, clean, tidy and smelling. City had all the necessary things and even some welcome appetizers. It would be there when you need it sometimes. The comfort of the ap is indisputable. I give 5 stars for this accommodation.

Our family's precious time, we spent in João Ricardo's apartment. I recommend the apartment and condominium. Everything as described in the information. Excellent reception, very good apartment, with beds with comfortable mattresses, kitchen with necessary and clean utensils, organized and smelling apartment, very nice and quiet condominium. Ana has been very respectful and attentive. The apartment is super equipped, she has had all the details with us traveling with 3 young children. The area is very safe to walk late without problems, we have been until 10 pm at night on the nearby coastline and everything is very good. His couple picked us up at the airport by car, I transfer us to Arraial Do Cabo from Rio de Janeiro and also excellent! Highly recommended!!!

Really the apartment has everything you need (and believe me much more) to be comfortable and at home. From coffee pods, coffee machine + Dolce Gusto, air fryer, water purifier - cold / hot - microwave, toaster... it was really amazing how many appliances and with all the hyper full kitchen. The location, it's magnificent. Just cross the coastal boulevard to access the sea. Sure, with gastronomic offer 100 meters away and in the same hand of the Dept. Impeccable, para para Carlos y su predisposición. We will definitely be back.
