Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Guaniquilla

Pilar and Chris’ place exceeded our expectations in every respect. The home was spacious, clean, & well-maintained. It was extremely well equipped with nice amenities (eg high quality soap and lotions in bathrooms, big soft towels, lots of kitchen tools and small appliances, etc). The biggest plus were the plentiful beach supplies - sturdy beach chairs and umbrellas, enough beach towels, and even kayaks! We also appreciated the bottle of wine that welcomed us. We are so grateful to have found Pilar and Chris’ place - especially since we were booked somewhere else that canceled just two hours before we were due to arrive. With little notice, Pilar and Chris made us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality! Would definitely stay again!

Great place!

Great, location right near a surfing beach. Local bars and restaurants right around the corner. Nice spot to go jogging along the beach. Massive backyard with local iguanas coming out for the Sunshine. 15 mins to Rincon.

Beautiful home. Very easy to locate and close to beach. Great local restaurants. Very close to Rincón for surfing, beautiful beach’s, and wonderful views to see sunsets. Definitely recommend staying here.

The place is exactly as advertised. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil, and walking distance from a few nice eateries. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Vanesa’s. The space fit our needs extremely well (two families of 4). There was so much room to spread out, but also nice spaces to hang out together. Beds were comfortable, the house was well appointed with linens, A/C worked well/quickly, and the kitchen had what we needed. The pool was beautifully maintained and it was great to hang out in the back with the gorgeous ocean views. One thing to be aware of were that showers were a little tricky with 8 people as we didn’t always have hot water for everyone and water pressure was lacking even when we staggered timing between us. We chalked it up to island living and it didn’t affect us too much. NYE fireworks on the front porch were amazing!! As the power went out island-wide while we were there, it was so nice to have the battery back up system and not have to really worry. Vanesa was in contact with us the whole time and made sure we had everything we needed during the outage. Stellar communication!!

2nd time renter. We had family vacation with adult kids & grandkids. House & beach great for kids. There are some rocks but didn't affect us. Nice to have private pool. Most dinners were at the house & easy with grill. Olajas bar & restaurant walking distance. Great drinks food & people. Aguada is a hidden gem of PR. Easy drive to Rincon or Aguadilla for different beaches.

Xavier's apartment is lovely and right on a nice quiet beach. Each room has an ocean view. It was perfect for my friend and I for a 4 day surf trip. Xavier was responsive to our questions and requests. The one thing I will say is that the kitchen could have used a few more basic items to make cooking easier, including a strainer for pasta, a few rags / tea towels for drying dishes and wiping surfaces, a baking dish and a few containers to store food in. If you plan on cooking, I would check with Xavier that he has added some of these items.

This airbnb was great and just as described. We stayed a week during New Years Eve. We felt safe and welcomed by the neighbors who even invited us to celebrate new years eve with them. The roosters are loud really early but the place is so cute and close to great beaches! It has everything you need like beach chairs , towels and umbrellas. The owners gave us spot on recommendations and were the greatest hosts. We’ll stay here again for sure.

Place is up on a ridge with beautiful wind and starry nights and nice views. No houses behind. Very central to all the beaches. Neighbours we met were fantastic as well to speak with as is Tara’s husband and son. We really enjoyed our time at Tartas and definitely recommend it. Nice little coffee area outside the apartment plus a grassy knoll outside the backyard to roam around.

This is my second time staying at this place highly recomend it to stay and feel youre in the right place.

What a great little set up! Location is quiet, safe and a stones throw away form the beach/ocean that you get to see and hear from the apartment. It is a very enjoyable place to chill before and after daily activities. A perfect spot for a couple at a fair price!

Great place. Clean. Close to alot of things and principal road #2. Responsive host. I had issues getting in & out because of the door getting stuck however Miguel responded immediately. Happy New Year Miguel!

You couldn’t be any closer to the ocean unless you were in it. The view is spectacular and the balcony is where you’ll spend most of your time. The hammocks in the large yard are nice too. It’s easy to get to and find, looks even better than the pictures, and has a fully stocked kitchen. It’s beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. Nearby are local food spots - lots of stops for pinchos, tacos, Guayabo’s nearby, and my favorite Red Flamboyan in Rincon is only about 15 mins away. If you walk down the dead end street, there’s a path to the right that leads to what is essentially a private beach. You’ll be one of the only people there at all times. The house is about 30 mins from Crash Boat and Punta Boriquen, both beautiful beaches. The property offers umbrellas and beach chairs as well. I can’t recommend this property enough!!! It’s halfway

We absolutely loved staying here! It was my family ages 80-5 and the pool was incredible! We woke up every morning and walked the beach. The house is very equipped and has everything you need. We used all the pool and beach toys Mark has. We met the incredible neighbors, and even had get togethers with them. I would highly recommend this place!!

The location is beautiful! The view from the balcony is amazing and we loved hearing the ocean waves crashing on the beach -- so peaceful. The condo is exactly as described with all the amenities. We reached out to the hosts during our stay and they responded quickly. Thank you, Michael and Alexandra for a wonderful stay.

we had a great time on the roof-top and would come again! Although the beach is beautiful, there were very few people there, which we loved. as far as we know there are no shops/restaurants within close walking distance so for that one should plan ahead.

Spectacular apartment with the waves crashing next to you. Moonlight over the water through the window every night of the bedroom. Everything was perfect and beautiful. AC worked great. Worth noting it is a 4th floor walkup. No elevator, however the owner discloses this in the listing. Would absolutely go again.

My Family and I had a great stay. The apartment was as described and very clean. Beautiful beach views and very safe. Pool is a bit small so we travelled to the beach everyday. Must try Platano Loco for a delicious and affordable meal. I would recommend skipping the ocean restaurant if you are into good food. Did I mention the apt has gorgeous sunsets? I will certainly consider staying here when visiting aguada again! Great place to stay!! ❤️

We just came back from spending two weeks in this condo. The pictures do a great job of sharing how nice this condo is. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, reading books, relaxing and watching the beautiful sunsets. We loved being able to access the beach by the unit. The area is very quiet and felt safe. Erica was very responsive when we had a question. We definitely hope to book this condo again the next time we visit Puerto Rico.

Lorna's place was just as described. we had a little issue at check-in but Lorna resolved it immediately and communicated well throughout the whole process. the amenities and views were great. thanks again Lorna. you were awesome.

It was a pleasure the period of our stay. The hots was excellent at communicating and kept us informed though our stay. The place was incredible clean, cozy, with modern decor and a short walk to the beach. We felt right at home and enjoy every moment.
