The place is easy to find, close driving distance to the supermarket, fast food, and stores. Loved the ease of check-in. All rooms are spacious and well equipped. Even includes beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers for beach trips which was definitely a plus. Place had absolutely everything we needed and some stuff we didn’t need but would be great for families with little ones such as a high chair. Suitable for large families as it includes 3 private bedrooms, and an additional inflatable mattress if needed. Would definitely book again!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Communication with the host was smooth and super responsive. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

This place was very nice. Looks exactly like the pictures. Clean & smells good. Host responds quickly. The location is right in the entrance of Mayaguez. Pretty close to mayaguez mall, & a few restaurants. Felt safe & quiet. Beds are comfortable. Coffee & sugar were provided. Towels, iron, kitchen essentials etc .. Overall great little spot! Would recommend!

We had a lovely stay! I came with my fiancé for a few days while visiting family and the apartment was perfect. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, welcoming and just what we needed. The building is in a nice area and has a gate and security guard, we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. My fiancé loves to cook and we had everything we needed to prepare nice meals in the kitchen. Rosangeli was an excellent host, she was helpful and available. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

Pool House keep the Family Together

The pool house was very clean and comfortable. I loved the open design to the outdoors and the pool. The location is perfect, 10 to 15 minutes from Cabo Rojo, 25/30 minutes from Rincon. Very safe neighborhood. Victor, the host/owner, was very helpful to me during my stay as I was in the process of trying to move to the island. I very highly recommend this rental. The nicest airbnb I think I’ve ever rented.

A very good place to stay in Mayagüez. It's inside a good community with a ballpark across the street. I really liked the house because it has a style like houses in Italy: narrow and long. The only thing is that I didn't know you had to climb stairs to get to the apartment as such. Besides that, it's an excellent place!

Little but super comfortable home that has everything you need. Great for our stay loved the privacy and security of the home and was in a great neighborhood. Everything you might need at a great distance and great distance from beaches. Kayliz responded to my messages very quickly and was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I definitely recommend and will have her home on the top of my list for when I return!

The residence is exactly as shown in the photos. We booked the same day and when we arrived everything was tidy and organized. Communication with Victor was always good, he answered our questions and was always available. We enjoyed the pool. The entire residence has A/C, even during the blackout in PR, the residence had a generator and everything worked really well.

Great place , so clean , the best for me were the towels great quality and smell like heaven , I always had problems in past Airbnb places , quiet , my hubby and I relax , great accesible parking , coral is a great host , restaurants and park walking distance , so happy tos spend a week there , definitely we will be back soon ,

Great house with air conditioning and room for large groups or families. We were visiting family members nearby and it was centrally located for the activities we wanted to do.
