Regino and his lovely wife were amazing friendly hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay both pleasant and comfortable., they could not do enough for us , nothing was too much trouble for them . we will definitely go back again and for a longer period next time we are in the area . we would definitely recommend this wonderful Casa to anyone to use . Great location and first class facilities .

This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back soon! The location being just outside Varadero makes it an enjoyable walk and there are many restaurants and things to do and enjoy right next to the Airbnb. The host was very helpful and understanding of the hot weather that has been going on and usually had a generator running to keep us cool at night. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I go to Emilio's house since 2020. This is truly My Paradise, not only in Cuba, but in the whole world. There are no words to express how satisfied are me and my family when we visit Cuba and we stay at Emilio's beach house. The locations is THE BEST. You are literally on the beach, you step out of the house make 9 steps or less and your feet are alteady on the beautiful Cuban sand and couple of more steps you are in the water. The best Ocean View i have ever seen, you can just chill on the terrace and watch the ocean, the sunset. Its the most relaxing View i have experienced. The host Emilio is very friendly and responsive. He helped and advised with all our plans, he is very thurstworthy and friendly! The house its self is a GEM. Very spacious and clean, very comfortable and there everything you will need. 10 min from the Airport and 10 min from main varadero beach, Plus there are beatiful beaches in Boca as well DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Odalys went over and beyond while hosting us for the portion of our first trip to Cuba that we stayed at her home. We were a little lost at first and she went out of her way to find us and help us to the house. The place was exceptionally clean and she had water for a good price and coffee etc. House super central to beach and restaurants. Recommended good places to eat and assisted us with everything right away. Would stay again and would recommend

This guy single handedly saved our last 3 days in Cuba with his solarpanels during the nation wide blackout. (This way we manage to check in for our flights) We never planned on visiting Matanzas, but boy, Alay made it very interesting with his background in tourism. Highly recommended!

What a great airbnb! Amazing location, very clean and modern amenities. The two bedroom apartment suited our family very well as my wife has mobility issues. My daughter did spend some time up on the rooftop deck which she enjoyed. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Maria but Javier is a fantastic ball of energy. Javier is so friendly, kind and helpful. He was always just a “tap tap tap” away on the window next door. He provided us with wifi for $5 USD a day and also let us use his washer and dryer for $5 USD which was a big help for laundry as we are in Cuba for 3 weeks. The location is five minutes walking to the beach and walking distance to many good restaurants and music. Many taxis around to take you in old classic USA convertible cars for $5 USD to many places. Thank you Javier for a very memorable stay and we hope to return someday.

We really enjoyed staying here. Communication was excellent, the house was cleaned well before we arrived and we were very comfortable during our stay. This home is private, off the beaten path and gated with a beautifully manicured outdoor garden 🪴, patio and pool. The mango and coconut trees are gorgeous and the host allowed us to pick and eat the ripe fruit. We really enjoyed that! This house is perfect for family gatherings and even has a big pit for grilling. The home is about a 10 min drive from the beach and any restaurants so make sure you have a car. The kids enjoyed chasing the lizards, watching the chickens and roosters as well as putting the rabbits in their cage in the back yard. We will plan to return here the next time we visit Varadero.
