It was an extraordinary place with one of the most wonderful hosts ever. Karine took care of us, explained everything clearly and was always ready to help with anything. The place itself was simply amazing, squeaky clean and stylish. It truly exceeded our expectations. We are sure we will be back next time we visit St. Martin. Thank you for this lovely time there.

We stayed at Lia's place for a week. So glad we choose this home. The house was as described, very clean, well maintained and updated. Lia was very responsive if we had any questions. The property location is amazing and property grounds very well kept. You have the airport runway in the front and the beach in the back - Even with being that close to the airport, the airplane noise was not bothersome at all. The beach is very nice and there is a cute boutique hotel next door, Mary Boon's, that you can walk to for drinks and meals and to just hang out on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lia's place and look forward to a future stay here again when on SXM.

We absolutely loved our stay at the house! The location was perfect, right on the beach and near so many amazing restaurants. Tibo was very friendly and quick to respond to our messages. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we made some delicious meals during our stay. Highly recommend Tibo’s place!!

This is a really special place. It is located in the middle of Grand Case Beach, and it's breathtakingly beautiful (it looks just like the photos). If you wake up early like we did, then you have hours of the beach almost entirely to yourself. It's very peaceful and quiet. Things pick up a bit in the afternoons, especially on Sunday, which was a welcome change of pace as well. Planes in the ski, jet skis ripping through the waves, a very lively place! If you're looking to relax on a beautiful Carribean beach, I'm not sure how it could get much better than this. Tibo and his father were also so welcoming and friendly. We felt comfortable and right at home the whole time.

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing. I highly recommended for anyone staying in Saint Martin. The view is breathtaking and they leave a lot of bath towels for you to use. There’s a beach very close by and it’s so cute. There’s some cats around the building that were so cute too renting a car is mustbut the Airbnb was well surrounded by restaurants and activities.

Prior to our arrival Marie had texted me with complete instructions for our arrival to the Nettle Bay Beach Club location. Marie took time in showing us around the 2 homes. Both homes were completely updated and very nicely furnished. Very clean, bright and airy. Modern appliances fully stocked kitchen cabinets with crockery and all. Marie was very thorough in also sharing local dining options and local vendors. Our family stayed here very comfortably here for 1 week. The Nettle Bay Beach Club is a clean and modern private (gated) community with private pools. A beautiful resort that is 15 minutes from SXM airport. Close to grocery and convenience stores. Thank you Marie so much for being such a wonderful host.

Coming back after 25 years, this place was perfect for our vacation needs. The condo was very clean and had all the essentials. Close to the pool, beach, supermarket, and all the restaurants on Orient Beach. Laurent was a fantastic host. Whenever I had a question, he was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay at Mont Vernon again. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the place for you. Thank you Laurent for making our vacation so memorable.

Christine's place was excellent. we've stayed in the compound before and really like the atmosphere and closeness to the beach. This unit is really nicely furnished and maintained, great access to the pool and breeze blowing in off the sea. thanks so much for making it such a wonderful vacation!

The stay was very pleasant and the home was impeccable. You won’t regret booking with this host. They were very attentive and hospitable. From the location to the views we enjoyed our stay at this villa. I will definitely book again when I return to St Maarten.

Rose is a great host, responsive, and always attentive , the apartment is just beautiful with a great view , long more beautiful in real life than in the photos ,super well placed if you go on both sides of the island , nearby shop on foot , it was a huge pleasure to stay and I will go back again and again

Was here with my parents (in their 80s) and daughter and everyone was so happy! Comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen, private swimming pool, lovely housekeeping, stunning beach literally in front of the home, security and even a sense of privacy during the busy peak season. Thank you so much for the thoughtful accommodations. The home was beyond perfect.

Michelle and Brent are Super host. They are gracious, attentive, but not intrusive. They put a lot of love and hard work into the villa, and it is immaculate with detail of a 5-star resort. You overlook the Great Bay with view of cruise port on the far end, Philipsburg in the middle. Turning right It is just a 15 minutes’ walk into town. There is also a grocery store at the bottom of the hill. Turning left you are in Little Bay, Divi Resort. There is a private beach, store, restaurant and a beach bar. The pizza is very good. Beach chair and umbrella is $10 at Divi resort. At Great Bay boardwalk it starts at $10 with 2 drinks and get progressively more expansive as you get neat town and on Cruise port day, All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The great room have no AC but if you open all the sliding glass doors and front door you will get a good cross breeze. A fully equipped and stocked kitchen, a beautiful infinite pool with ample seating and 2 outdoor dining area.

Gorgeous property in a safe, private neighborhood overlooking the water. Well appointed with minimalist decor and furnishings. Clean and well maintained. Location is walking distance to restaurants, a beach club and a well-stocked grocery store. You can also walk to the famous Maho Beach where you can watch the planes land overhead. For other beaches and activities, a taxi or car is necessary. Antonio and Gwen were very responsive and made our stay very comfortable. We had a great time!

I just wanted to take a moment to share how much we enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was absolutely amazing! The place was spotless, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The views were simply breathtaking, and we spent a lot of time just soaking them in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. The decorations were tasteful and added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. It was truly a fantastic experience, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Melinda’s ocean front house is just as lovely as the pictures! The location is fantastic, and lots of exceptional restaurants are just a brief trek down the gorgeous beach. The house is generously appointed and had everything we needed. Getting in and out of the parking spots can be entertaining, but it became easier each time and we learned that drivers on the road would generally stop to allow us to back out safely. That being said, having a parking spot is a huge plus in Grand Case. We loved the orientation of the house because we could always find shade on our terrace, or choose full sun if we wanted it. The views are just wonderful to wake up to. Most of our interactions were with Melinda’s husband Ian, who was kind enough to meet us at check-in and to tour us through the house and explain various things to know. He was punctual, friendly, and a good communicator. In summary - A fantastic week! 5 stars all the way! We hope to return!!

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the open-air concept of the house to the stunning views off the back deck. You will not be disappointed with renting this villa. The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

Gigi's place was absolutely amazing! It looked exactly like the pictures and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Gigi's communication was excellent throughout the entire process. She provided clear instructions on everything from check-in to check-out, and her local recommendations were spot-on. She was also super responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We had a fantastic vacation and would highly recommend Gigi's place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Great place right on the water. Works perfectly for 2 people. Located in a safe gated community with direct ocean access and 3 pools to choose from. Very peaceful and quiet. We tried 2 local restaurants within walking distance (Mezza Luna, Le Cigale) and both were excellent. If you are from the US, you will want to make sure one phone has international calling plan so that you can contact the lovely women (Elisa) who will meet you to open the main gate, give you the key to the unit and answer any questions you have
