Cabin vacation rentals in Guadalupe Mountain North

We had an amazing time..! Home was nice and comfortable, there was lots to do, the kitchen was even stocked with things I had brought from home (lol) so I didn’t need them. The store was just down the hill and the ski lifts were not even 5 minutes away, but we had our privacy at the same time… oh and besides being able to interact with the deer we were able to use the sleds that were there and the Hot Tub..!!! So we will definitely be back..!! Plus had the most wonderful Host.!!! Erin was super nice and answered our questions quickly..!!! Truly a home away from home….

The home was more spectacular than we thought. Big and spacious. Definitely recommend this home to any friend or family!

We wanted a Mountain Vacation for my wife’s birthday and after a lot of searching, we came across Aspen Valley. We had never heard of Red River. Passing through the town to Josefine’s place, Red River looked like a Hallmark Movie. When we opened the door to the home, we were in awe. It is stunning. The home has everything you need. We made fires, cooked food, jumped in a Hot Tub and Sauna. Every bowl, glass, appliance, chair, is perfect. If you can think it, it’s there. The house can fit plenty of people. There are balconies and a huge deck. We just sat beside a fire or in a hot tub and stared at the amazing views for much of the time. We loved Red River. We aren’t skiers but we did snow tubing. We drove to the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, walked through Taos, and explored Red River. The final night it snowed like 7 inches. We were stuck. However, Josefine called a snow plow to clear the snow so we could leave. Josefine is an amazing host and Aspen Valley is easily 5 Stars.

the house was very nice and ideally located. the house was furnished nicely and had available necessities. sheets on the bunk bed and adjoining room were unwashed and dirty clothing items were found in the sheets. Furnished towels smelled badly of mildew. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

What a beautiful cabin in the woods. The location is perfect. 5 minutes from the slopes. Sledding in the backyard. Friendly local deer. It is a magical place especially when it snows. The place had everything we needed. The fireplace adds to the ambience. Hot tub is perfect also when it’s snowing. This is a gem of a find and I can see us returning. A short drive to Red River is worth it. I already miss the place!

Had an amazing time the place was beautiful it is a little pricey but totally worth it. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Marie was a wonderful host. The cabin is the perfect getaway for a large group or multi-family. The pictures do not do it justice. Very spacious! The house is stocked with almost everything you may need. 10/10!!

Very nice cabin, everything excellent

We absolutely loved our stay at Cindy’s cabin. She was so sweet and when she saw we had an infant she reached out to let us know she would provide a pack and play and high chair. We were able to walk to the Copper Chair lift in our ski books no problem! We’ll definitely be back!

This charming little place is surrounded by beautiful views of New Mexican landscape. The cabin has large windows flooding the little place with light and enabling you to enjoy the view from every room but the bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfy, and it's just a little ways up the road from Ojo Caliente so if you're seeking privacy and quiet after a day of soaking this is your place. There is also ample room to wander and explore on foot. The hosts were friendly and very informative about local geology and history.

Diane is an excellent host. Home is decorated very uniquely and clean We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if available! Diane was very accommodating to our last minute date change. Thank you Diane.

We loved our stay at the cabin. The house was well appointed, clean, and so convenient for access to restaurants and skiing. We would love to stay again!

The value of Erik’s place is unmatched. The location is beautiful and we loved that it was outside of Red River for the peace and quiet but just a quick drive down the mountain for food, shopping, etc. Erik had incredible communication that really helped us to enjoy our trip. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and added bonus of being super pet friendly. We will stay with Erik again!

Matt and Heather are great hosts and very responsive and helpful. We could tell they wanted their guest to have a great experience and they take pride in hosting. Definitely recommend a 4W drive vehicle for winter months during recent snow! We were blessed with an amazing snowfall and thankful we were in a capable vehicle! We didn’t spend much time in the backyard but can tell it is amazing in the summer with the beautiful running water. The kitchen was stocked well and having a few snacks and hot chocolate on hand was a nice surprise after a long day of travel!

Kimberly was a fantastic host! Communication with her throughout the trip was smooth and she even had a fresh batch of bread for us when we arrived. The house was the perfect size for our group. The living room and dining area were a great place to gather with one another whether we were eating meals, playing games, sharing laughs, or watching movies. Being tucked away with a few acres surrounding the house made it very easy to admire the scenery of the beautiful pine trees. There isn't a single thing I would change about Kimberly's home. Thank you very much for having us!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin in New Mexico! It was the perfect getaway for our family. The cabin was cozy, well-equipped, and set in a stunning location. Our kids had an absolute blast exploring and enjoying the surroundings. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!!

The Checkin was easy. Our instructions were straight forward. Plenty of room for us and our gear for the Ski trip. Secluded spot, we were able watch the wildlife several evenings and most mornings before heading out. Great advice on shopping beforehand and where to go once there. This was a trip for the family to make some great memories. Thanks.

Such a lovely getaway! The cabin was meticulous and well stocked. It was spacious and so comfortable for our family. A perfect home away from home. The location along the river was absolutely perfect. Dawn addressed all concerns so quickly. She was a great host. Would highly recommend Dawn’s River Rose Cabin!

Very cute tiny home. Private without being isolated with beautiful views. We will definitely book again.

The log cabin on the Conejos River is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. The cabin is comfortable and is as described. The river is literally in the front yard and is absolutely beautiful, even as it was icing over. We appreciated that this cabin is primarily for hunters and fishermen, so not too glitzy (as in no white carpet or other nonsense in this setting), which we prefer, as we have a big dog that is never clean after romping in the snow/mud/river, and we walk and hike so we often have muddy shoes/boots. It was clean and tidy, and just what we wanted for a weekend get-away. We cooked steaks over a wood fire and enjoyed the outdoor amenities-gas grill, wood/charcoal grill, fire pit, picnic tables, and chairs. Wifi worked great. Jim and Rhonda were the perfect hosts-available, but not intrusive. We visited over Thanksgiving weekend, 2024.
