Vacation rentals with a patio in Guadalupe

Beautiful condo in a great location. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the San Jose area.

This was our second time staying at Pablo's apartment, and it looks even better in real life than in the photos! we spent five weeks there while waiting for the birth of our baby and during the early postpartum period. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It’s located on the 30th floor and has a private balcony with a lovely green view. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dining table that was also a great spot to work on the computer. The only downside was that there wasn’t an oven. The shower was a lifesaver during labor, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms and living room also have blackout curtains-was especially great for our baby Close to Sabana Secret, we discovered an amazing Vietnamese restaurant called Pho Yummy, where we became regulars Pablo was super responsive and made sure we were taken care of.

It was exactly the place I needed for my stay. It was nice and private, even though you could hear neighbours in the halls and dogs barking in the park. It made it feel like a home (yes, I'm a city girl). Highly recommend.

Safe and central place, suitable for the whole family

Our flight was delayed so we ended up arriving at 3:30am, but thanks to the great videos Ana Gabriela posted prior to arrival, we were able to easily find the place and get in easily, even in the dark! We only stayed the one night but it perfectly fit our needs for overnight. Thank you!

We always look for a clean and peaceful home when traveling and this house fulfilled all our hopes. Hosts great at communicating - fast responses for whatever question we had. Private and peaceful surroundings, nice quiet neighborhood with everything we needed within walking distance. Safe garage for the car we had for exploring further. Stove/oven, washer/dryer made it so convenient! Thanks so much for the wonderful hospitality.

A spectacular place, with a stream passing inside the property that gives an atmosphere of tranquility, beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean rooms, as well as the kitchen, terrace and recreation area. Simply, fantastic.

Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

Everything is very nice and quiet

Greatly exceeded expectations. Giulio presented himself more than just an exceptional host, but a friend as well. The location was fairly desolate which could make the arrival a little difficult for Uber but for those who prefer something away from the city, this Airbnb is more than perfect. Giulio drove me to the nearby "Restaurante Mirador América" when I inquired about a good Chifrijo dish. Trust his recommendations and that if you're thinking about staying here, stop thinking further and book it because it is well worth it. From check in to check out, outstanding service.

The place was great, and the hosts were very responsive. They helped us out with several things along our stay. The private area in the back was great and we even got to meet the family Turtle! 😊 The only minor complaint I had was it was very loud during the day with a child running back and forth. It however did not continue through the night and didn’t bother us too much. I would recommend this place, and would stay here again if coming back to Costa Rica.

Carolina’s place was exactly as described and a great place to stay before our flight home the next day. Also, we so appreciated Carolina letting us check in early, and it was nice to have a kitchen in the evening as opposed to staying at a hotel near the airport. I would definitely reccomend!!

Good stay, ideal for a short trip

Great location, very central, all very friendly in the building. The apartment is very comfortable and clean with everything needed for a good rest. I just couldn't find the hot water in the shower but maybe it was me
