The apartment meets everything, the location is the best in the middle of everything but at the same time in a street quiet enough, as to rest. It is also super complete and you can see that it was recently remodeled, since everything is new and very clean, we felt very comfortable and we found all the amenities we need and even more, the host responds quickly, they also give you suggestions of plans, the pastel cherry was that they allowed us to enter 2 before check-in time, we will definitely repeat.

FABULOUS! I had a long term stay and will be looking to become a regular visitor! Perfect place to live like a local, even if temporary! Thank you, Diego!

We had a great stay for a week in September. The apartment is in a great position to be able to access Carihuela, Torremolinos and Benalmadena on foot. Flexible check out time meant we didn't have to wait longer at the airport. Matthew was a very helpful and accommodating host and gave us all the information needed for a pleasant stay. We loved the apartment as a family of 3 (including a 4-year-old). It has a stunning view and we found everything that we needed. Our daughter loved the variety of pools. The apartment complex is located besides a busy road but it was quiet and peaceful on the balcony. perfect location to explore the region. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at M's apartment. The decor was so tasteful and we were a stone's throw away from all amenities. My partner was able to buy cheese and bread at the local market, we were a block away from all the action in the central historic district, and we could walk to the beach in 15-20 minutes to enjoy the sun. We truly felt at home. Thank you.

Francis and Inma were wonderful hosts. The apartment is nice and tidy. Also, it’s at the back of the house, so it is very quiet and private. Location was perfect for us, it’s near the edge of the historic district, so you’re near all the attractions but away from the crowds. Also there are several supermarkets within a few minutes walk. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had.

Excellent location, the apartment did not disappoint - amazing views from the 13th floor balcony. After walking around the lovely coastline for 45 mins to the harbour we found a 5 min walk to the harbour the next day! Excellent all around - was lovely to be able to spend time with friends in a “home” environment rather than going back to our respective hotel rooms - would definitely return. Had a great stay in Malaga, loved the location- not in the touristy center, yet only a walk away to city center and seaside. The Appartement has perfect size for solo or couple. Quite spacious actually. Thank you very much

We stayed in Javier’s place in start of November and it was perfect for our family with two small kids. The place is perfect for a really nice, new and fresh place to stay both for beach and traveling. Great view to the ocean from the terrace and a perfect place to have some snacks and vin as the children sleeps. The building I highly maintained and super clean, underground garage. Javier was quick to respond to our questions under the stay and we found the apartment to be as described. We also liked that the area as it’s a short drive from the airport and just some min to the beach. Close to large shopping areas and also a train station short walk so to easy go into Malaga city if you don’t want to drive in. That also makes it easy to get to if you don’t rent a car or want to take a taxi from the airport. All in all a great stay and a place we would like to rent again for our next time in Malaga area 👌

Great place and Sungme was very helpful with everything from local restaurants to things to do in the area. We had a wonderful time.

We spent a lovely week in the apartment, the indoor parking is a real plus, a little old-fashioned building but the apartment is really good, it's hard to believe when you enter the building. For tennis, the court is not suitable (small as for padel) it is better to rent outside, there are many courts available. Very nice stay and clean and spacious apartment with beautiful view on the village and the hot tub is a plus.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sean and Kristin's apartment. It had everything we needed and more, and plenty of space. The pools are nice and quiet and it's close to a Lidl and plenty of restaurants. My partner and daughter enjoyed a few early morning bike rides and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Jane, who helps manage the apartment, was just lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We didn't want to come home and hope to visit again soon. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Nice and clean apartment. Jose responds quickly and is helpful if you have any questions. Little bit of wifi connection and could be more than 2 towels. Or was the stay impeccable

We stayed in this apartment for 4 people. The space was large and clean and perfectly matched the description. The highlight for us was definitely the large terrace and overlooking the pool. It is necessary to dwell on the kindness and hospitality of the host who also left us a welcome kit upon our arrival and was super available for anything. If we were to return to Marbella, the choice of accommodation would definitely be the same!

Lovely spacious apartment with bathrooms for each bedroom. Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Good stock of dishwasher tablets, washing liquid etc on arrival. The Terrace was quite small and we had a number of issues with the hot tub, but Eva was happy to refund the days that it was not heated. Biggest disappointment was the government restrictions on changing/filtering the water in the pools which meant we were denied access. Eva kindly let us use another community pool that was not restricted but this was too big and very cold for the 3 and 1 year old children we had with us. The smaller pool was not clean enough to use. I realise that this issue is out of the hands of owners but our primary reason for travelling abroad was to have access to toddler friendly pools. This seems to be an ongoing problem. The grounds were lovely to walk in and had there been no restriction to the pools it would have met all our needs.
