Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Gsies

Emanuel's place was just perfect. We were after a beautiful location to spend a White Christmas and we couldn't have found better. The fireplace made for a cozy living space and the fully equipped kitchen meant we could make the perfect Christmas dinner. Views out the windows of the mountains were stunning, and a large backyard meant lots of snow fun. We enjoyed exploring around and finding some walking trails. It was the perfect place to relax for a few days and reconnect with the family. The location is great also - very close to Zell am See and near ski lifts for sporting activities. The furniture and decorations felt just right and there were lots of games and books also. Emanuel was a great host, very friendly, responsive and made us feel very welcome at check-in and throughout our stay.

We loved our stay at Chalet Rich. It is a lovely hillside home that is sunny and peaceful. An easy drive to villages, mountain restaurants and hiking trails. Alex and Ilaria were wonderful hosts - we would definitely return to this home and beautiful region.

We absolutely loved staying at Carina’s place! The space itself is simple, clean, and beautifully built. It is the perfect blend of rustic and modern. The location is ideal for skiing in the local area and/or visiting Innsbruck. The grocery store, bakery, tram stop, and several restaurants are all within walking distance. The highlight of this home is the family who runs it. They are all such lovely, kind people. They were so sweet to my children, and even offered them the opportunity to see the animals and help milk the cows. My kids are already asking if we can go back and visit again! If you want to visit Mutters or Innsbruck, you should definitely consider staying here! It will be a wonderful experience for your entire family!

We spent a wonderful 6 days here celebrating Christmas with three generations of the family. The house surpassed our expectations. Every room is spacious, cosy and flooded with light and fabulous views.

Our family of three had a wonderful stay at Costante’s home. Valentina gave us a warm welcome and tour. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, even in winter. There are stunning mountain views by day and starry skies at night. The location was peaceful. We enjoyed the sounds of grazing sheep and goats, and were greeted daily by two friendly pups! We enjoyed pizza at the nearby restaurant and cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Plus, it’s just a short drive or train ride to Venice!! A perfect spot for a relaxing Italian getaway. Thanks to Valentina and her family for the wonderful stay.

We traveled to Villa Chicken with family and friends and had the most perfect stay. The Villa is walkable to town and an easy drive to multiple places to ski nearby. The Villa is comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need for an incredible vacation. The owners were delightful and accessible, helping us to understand what was nearby with regards to restaurants and activities for the children. They have truly thought of everything for you in advance, making your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The house has an interesting history, too, but even if you don’t read about it in the provided books, you will enjoy having coffee or wine on the terrace on either floor above ground, keeping your ski equipment in the basement with the boot-warming rack, or cooking a flavorful family meal in the kitchen with delicious local groceries. Everyone with us said that this was possibly one of the best vacation rentals ever, so don’t hesitate to book Villa Chicken if you get the chance

Great place for a skiing week.

This is a fantastic house with wonderful host. The house was spotlessly clean, contemporary and yet felt homely. Great internet connection too, and host that were amazing and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

We spent a couple of days here and everything was perfect. From the beginning Carmen was very helpful, friendly and welcomed us even by leaving us in the fridge of raspberries and a tart made by her. He also gave us many directions on having to walk with our dog Yana: lake of mis, waterfall of the Soffia, cadini del Brenton, Lake Santa Croce... The house was equipped with everything you need and clean. The adorable garden (completely fenced so perfect for dogs) like Oliver, his Maltese who played with Yana. I highly recommend both those who want to relax and those who love to walk/hike.

I had a lovely stay at this airbnb. The host offered to pick me up and was really kind. She asked every day how i was doing and even gave some delicious cake😋😋. The airbnb itself is beautiful, nice bathroom, soft bed and clean kitchen. From the airbnb i took multiple 1 day hike/trekking routes, which were beautiful (but in the winter quite difficult!). On a few routes i had to turn back because it was to dangerous in the snow, but still i had a lot of fun hiking around the area. In the town there is 1 mini market and 1 restaurant, both within a 15 minute walk. One minor issue i encountered doesn’t have anything to do with the airbnb, but more so with the busses. It is quite difficult to get to the town if you don’t have your own car, because the public transport is pretty bad. Thanks for the stay, i had a great time🫶.

A perfect retreat for ski enthusiasts! The location on the mountain allowed for effortless access to the slopes. Rooms were excellently equipped, and the panoramic view of the snowy landscape was breathtaking. An unforgettable stay for anyone looking for the perfect mix of coziness and skiing fun. The ski ins and ski-out for the slopes could only be partially used due to bad weather. But that was not a problem as there is a ski bus that runs in the morning and evening. We'd love to come back! :)

Great place to stay perfect for ski holidays! You accommodation offers everything you need and is super modern. Right on the road is the ski bus stop. The landlord is extremely friendly and understanding. We'll be back.

Jamila was great! Careful and delightful accommodation.. equipped with all comforts. She is always present and available to answer questions or advice on how to get around the city. We really felt at home when he prepared a delicious Moroccan tea and typical sweets. We definitely recommend this facility. Thanks Jamila !

Well equipped little apartment very close to the slopes and a short walk to the centre of town. Perfect for what we needed.

We had a great time, Laura was really kind and helpful! They gave us some helpful tips. I would say that the location of the apartment is worth its cost, even just because of the proximity to Lake Braies, but not only. We recommend it 😊

Friendly Host! Ennio was very helpful and answered all our queries. He went out of the way to make us cakes as a welcome treat! yummy! space was beautifully done up and clean no doubt! Parking space was delightful too! Also, a tip, you can google maps “Appartamento A Due Passi” for easier navigation to the lovely home!

There were four of us at the alpine hut for a week and we loved their location and amenities! Everything worked as described by Hansi & Elke, their compiled information material about the cabin and activities in the area were perfect, both were always immediately available for inquiries and extremely friendly. A special highlight was the south-facing terrace with its incredible panoramic view. The cabin was equipped with all the things you need and fully matched the description and photos. We can only recommend the stay in the authentic and very cozy accommodation and wish Hansi & Elke all the best!

Incredibly cozy that we were allowed to find a Christmas tree (and cover it ourselves) There was decoration present, so our Christmas was even more Christmas. Sir comes 2x a day to milk the cows. You hardly hear that. Always in for a friendly chat. The way up is a bit stylish. With our 4x4, we didn't have to use snow chains when the road was snowy. Incredibly cool experience to stay in a hot bath under the stars. Overload with gifts, such as bath salt and treats. We recommend this location double and across. We enjoyed it!

We are a young couple and the accommodation offered exactly what we were looking for. Peace and privacy. The cottage is super cozy and the views breathtaking. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Marco's apartment for a week, we visited many airbnb's but have rarely encountered such a well cared for, clean and nicely furnished apartment. The location, the view and the tranquility the farm has to offer makes you feel right at home. Marco and his family live above the apartment so you always feel safe and familiar, but they stay very much in the background, so you also have all the privacy. We were surprised with fresh eggs, fresh fruits and pastries. The family has an eye for detail, people and nature. Thank you normally! From the apartment you can make nice trips and in the nearby village there are nice restaurants, bars and shops. You will also find a good traditional restaurant a 10-minute walk through the forest.

It was one of our most relaxing vacations in our entire life! Once again, focus on the essentials of life and really slow down! It was wonderful to enjoy the very simple life.. and the wonderful nature! In addition, this unbeatable and informal , open manner of welcoming Peter and his family to welcome you to the farm! Came up to expectations.

This extraordinary beautiful Hütt'n is a dream.! It's perfect in every way.! Especially this gigantic view of the mountains is breathtaking.! We were the 2x with 10 people & it was missing and nothing was missing.! Top top top.! Can recommend to anyone! Definitely again next year! 👍🏻
