Beautiful, spacious home. Had the amenities that were listed. Will need to bring shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and extra rolls of toilet paper, and this is listed in the details. The home was spotless and welcoming for our executive team retreat. How to instructions were provided and worked perfectly. Grateful for this opportunity to share dedicated time with my team in a space that allowed everyone to have personal space even when sharing a room. The bedrooms are enormous and lovely.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!!! WOW, what a gem of a find!!!! For a large family, this is a FANTASTIC location! Even more spacious than the pictures suggest, had every amenity you might need, everything was clean, we loved being right on the river so kids could fish, and the cabin is close to all of our favorite activities (biking, hiking at Matthiessen or Starved Rock, even paintball is close in Minooka!). The host's communication was great - even a phone call in advance to ensure we had all the information we needed in advance of check in. Jason was very helpful and responsive (even offered up some great local recommendations that we will try next time. We had thought about eating out, but ended up LOVING the cabin so much, it was a unanimous vote to stay in and eat dinners at the cabin!). We all an AMAZING weekend, left with gigantic smiles, and most importantly, memories we will carry forever of shared quality family time together. THANK YOU!!!!

It was the perfect house for our family to celebrate Easter. Everything was as stated.

We had a great time. This place is close to local stores and restaurants and not far from Starved Rock State Park. Everything was well stocked for our stay. The kids loved all of the games!

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful place, we had time for everything, ride bike, walk, starved rock walk, s’mores. Definitely this place is a must go.

Beautiful home. We lived the sound system in the living room and the games (pool table, pinball, and arcade machine) in the basement. Property was conveniently connected to a beautiful walking path which also linked up with an awesome park. Last but not least, Ramon was readily available at a moment’s notice. He was a great host.

Sara’s place was exactly as described! It was clean and comfortable- very private. The sauna was such a nice luxury! We appreciated all of the little niceties - like coffee , candles, and beach towels for the sauna. It was near everything, but still on a quiet street. Sara was very responsive and friendly. She had great suggestions for breakfast and really made us feel at home. We’d definitely go back!

We had a last minute stay in Yorkville and Laura got us a nice clean homey space for us and our 3 kids SAME DAY! It had fans for both rooms which of course we didn’t have and can’t sleep without. Also was nice that they had kid friendly items we didn’t have as well like a pack and play, baby gate and more! Nothing but good things to say about this space. Amazing price, beautiful view and lots of things to do nearby and great food as well. We ordered food from lakeview grille and it was phenomenal and we got to enjoy it in the comfort of a “home away from home. “ would stay here again if we ware in the area! Thank you again Laura!

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay, felt like home and never wanted to leave! Definitely staying again there soon.
