House vacation rentals in Grumo Nevano

Couldn’t recommend staying at HomeSweetHome more. The apartment was lovely and Giovanna and her family were so helpful, lovely and welcoming. The hospitality was outstanding and superior than any other experience we’ve had with AirBNB. Giovanna was so helpful with recommendations and things to do in the local area. The pool was amazing and we loved the terrace as well. Beds were super comfy and we loved Goku!

We really enjoyed our stay at the charming cottage. Unfortunately the weather did not let us enjoy the relaxing outside space as much as we would have liked. All the cute cats were less disturbed by it, though they were a little shy when we got too close. Allessandra is a great host. She was really understanding when we were running late due to troubles getting the rental car. And helped us find a ride to the train station on our return as we had not packed for walking. The place is a short 15 min walk from the train station (with trains to pompei, sorrento & Napoli), the cable cars up the mountain and the city center/beach. The small kitchen in the cottage was basic but had everything we need when we did not feel like walking down to the restaurants and then back up after diner. Also, good coffee.

Very beautiful house with a magnificent view of the city and the mountains. Conney was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Al Vecchio Casale is the Italian farmhouse you've been dreaming about with many modern amenities thoughtfully included. Beautiful surroundings. Communication was great with many recommendations. Halfway through our stay our fridge stopped working and they arrived with a replacement the same day.

Salvatore and Angelo were so welcoming and always willing to help with queries and questions. The Villa is very spacious, with amazing views! They provide all of the needed amenities, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only points to note would be the showers both in terms of the pressure not being great and also the hot water cuts in and out. And then the plug sockets, most only take the thin pronged EU sockets and are quite damaged. We would highly recommend Salvatore’s Villa!

My wife and I have stayed at quite a few AirBnB's, but this was by far the very BEST experience we have ever had. The place was wonderfully well thought out with care and attention to detail. Alessio and his family greeted us warmly and showed us our apartment. The family lives in the attached house, but our area was very nice and private. The garden views of the mountains are stunning and beautiful! The pool was immaculately maintained and was very refreshing after a long day in Pompeii. Alessio also provided breakfast baked goods and was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. He and his family were a huge blessing to us and the place gave us some much needed refreshment away from the hustle and bustle. The country setting was perfect! Thank you so much Alessio and your family for your generous hospitality! The kittens on the premises were an added bonus and enhanced our experience on the property.

Our experience at Ciro's house was super positive , we found ourselves in a villa very close to the center and downtown where we had commitments , the house is a few minutes away on foot from the university, and a few minutes away is a shopping center served by everything including ATM , with the car that we were able to park inside the villa, we then moved easily since a few minutes away is the entrance of the ring road and about ten minutes away is the caracciolo- Mergellina promenade, The stadium is also reachable on foot . The house is clean and comfortable with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, equipped with climate and TV in both rooms. With the accommodation of the university parking lot that prevents a few hundred meters and the metro station that is being born you can stay with a tranquility of the countryside in the city center.

This was our first stop on our very first trip to Italy. We loved Napoli and staying here was fantastic! It was walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. It was also close to local sights and transportation. Thank you for sharing your home.

The hosts did all they good to support an enjoyable, hassle-free stay. The check-in was smooth and very flexible. The hosts were immediately responsive and helpful when unfortunately there was a drainage problem in one of the showers. And the place is as shown and very comfortable, in a top location. We all slept very soundly on comfy mattresses. Thanks for a great stay, we'd happily come again!

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Having stayed here for a week, I don’t think there’s a better place to stay on the island. Simultaneously isolated yet only a short walk from both the main marina, the palace and the other marina, we will be staying here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Pina‘s place. We explored the area of Naples by car and the spot of the Airbnb was perfect for day trips to Sorrento, Pompei and Naples itself, while staying in a more quiet area away from any city traffic and troubles. We brought our 1 year old baby, what worked out in the Airbnb as well. Pina even went out of her way to organize a high chair, which wo did not mention as required in advance. Pina was always very responsive and good with her communication, giving us sophisticated answers to any local questions which was of great help. If we were to come back to the area, we‘d be happy to stay at this place again, thank you Pina!

Accommodation with all the necessities. Perfect location to tour Naples, Pompei and the Amalfi Coast. Annunziata and her husband are very nice.

We felt very comfortable in Assunta's place. We fell in love with Tramonti a bit. The perfect base to visit the Amalfi Coast or Pompey and escape the hustle and bustle.

The best welcome of our stay in Italy!!! We had come for Pepe in grani, Ilaria makes you feel at home, local piece of cheese in the fridge, fresh bread, fruits from the garden (clementines, feijoa, kiwi), log for the fireplace... A tastefully decorated house, an educational farm with many endearing animals, the view is magnificent and soothing, Ilaria takes the time to show us around his farm and explain everything. The only negative point is that you had to leave;)

The place was new and well decorated. What I suggest as an improvement would be a couch in the master room. Otherwise, everything is fine, also a nice little garden and a parking space is also there. My car was too big, but we were able to sort it out somehow.

Spacious and well cared for apartment within the health district. Ideal for privacy in the division of spaces up to 8 people. Fatima was available and met our every request! Ideal for an authentic experience in the heart of the Sanità district!

We were there with our two grandchildren and everyone really enjoyed the stay.
