10/10 would definitely recommend! The hosts were quick and so easy to talk with, and the home was just absolutely gorgeous. The inside and outside gave such a great and unique impression that screamed “Welcome to Texas”, and the beds were so clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a single issue, and my group was very satisfied with everything. The location is perfect if you’re trying to get to San Antonio or Austin, and Canyon Lake is not from the property. It was a little chilly during my visit, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my favorite part of the home, which was the balcony. It was relaxing and so tranquil, and each level had its only balcony. When I’m back in this part of Texas again, I will MOST CERTAINLY book again without hesitation!

i loved staying at this little place, felt very peaceful and the backyard was a nice touch. a few things the back patio area was super dirty so we couldn't really sit out there and the fridge did not work so all of our food went bad, the freezer worked great but froze everything very quickly. I would also add one more mirror or even a long mirror for the girls. overall i would recommend this place to people, sleeps a lot and feels spacious inside.

Very comfortable and welcoming. When they say dog friendly they mean it!! Dogs in every side of the yard. Good thing we are dog lovers!! Easy to access and a great breakfast taco place right down the street. Very responsive and kind.

What a lovely little house! We brought our 2 kids, and the layout was great. Loved the sleeping porch, the location to the water, and the s'mores supplies at the ready. Tawnya and Jay sent us so many great recommendations in the area and were very responsive if we had any questions. Our faves from the weekend were The Gristmill, Gruene Hall and The Freiheit Country Store - great live music & atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back again!

Delyn was managing our stay and she was a fantastic host! She brought my kiddos cookies from Crumbl for no reason. Just a surprise drop off then a text letting us know it was there. I asked for hangers, she went to Walmart and bought them, again dropping them off then texting letting us know they were there. The house was clean, organized and was easy to make it a home away from home.

THE BEST AIRBNB WE HAVE STAYED AT. We were all very impressed with this home!! Beautiful views, very clean rooms, kitchen was loaded, the gas stove was very awesome, the hot tub was nice and warm upon arrival. We didn’t even leave the home, it was so cozy. The music connection outdoors was nice too! The infinity pool was very nice with an amazing view. The host was very responsive and made sure to accommodate us, we will definitely be back 😍

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for our large family. When it is more kids than adults it is either a hit or miss and this home had the kids entrained all day and night. when we did have questions, the Host always responded quickly and nicely(i tend to over ask questions lol) We will be back soon

The house is beautiful. I booked last minute, the same day. My family and I were visiting Wimberly and needed last minute accommodations. Teresa was super responsive and helpful. She even reached out quickly when I accidentally left one of my belongings. The only thing I would say is definitely read the check out instructions. They’re specific requests and super easy but I accidentally overlooked them. Teresa was very understanding. Overall, great quick visit!

Annie was a fabulous host to us. We are a local family and we needed a long term rental while our home was getting reconstructed after a water loss. We stayed in Annie’s property from Nov 17 until December 30. In that time period, we needed to ask for 2 more extensions. Annie was beyond helpful and prompt when I reached out to extend. She swiftly created an extension reservation to ensure that the home was not booked while we contacted our insurance company & received funding. She was proactive in a manner that confirmed we had a roof over our head during this time period. I will forever be grateful. Cozy Chic Cibolo home is located off of a “main road” which provided easy access to I-35, FM 1103, FM 78, and FM 3009. The property itself was clean and gorgeously decorated. The kitchen had EVERY cooking utensil, tool, cookware, and appliances needed. I truly appreciated it because all our belongings were in storage. It was very easy to access & the rules are very clear and detailed.

First things first ... such a wonderful host!! I had a few minor situations happen but she was quick to respond and resolve the issue. You need your grass cut, you let her know and her and her Fiance come and take care of it for you!! Secondly... She allowed us to add something to her home! A fire pit! It was an ask and she was approved out ask. We bought and hope future guests enjoy it!! Also bought a few camo chairs also, for future guests to use as well!! This place is so relaxing, and close to lots of local eatery. Also not far from Lockhart which is where my husband and a few of his coworkers were commuting too. I would highly recommend too anyone who is visiting for a relaxing getaway, business. Beds are small but comfortable. Comfy bedding. Cozy couch, you'll slink right into them and cute and comfortable Egg Chairs. If you've come across this review it's because your considering the AirBnB ... Don't skip last it. It's truly a Gem 💎!! Absolutely fantastic place. Anytime I am in San Antonio, I will be staying here. I came into town for surgery and this place was so perfectly accommodating for that. The shower had a teeny tiny step to navigate getting in and out of. The recliner was perfect post op for sleeping in. Kitchen had every appliance you would need. Perfectly located for shopping or whatever else you may need. Don’t look anywhere else, this is your place!
