Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Gruene, New Braunfels

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

Great little place in a fantastic location by the river. We had a great time splashing about in the river parks and property was the perfect base - deer and fireflies from the porch. Have already booked another of Cynthia’s properties for Autumn! (Larger for the g’parents). Would stay again for sure. Thanks for the butter cookies!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Phil’s. Peaceful outdoor space is the treasure at this home. My kids, 13 and 19, enjoyed the game room.

Absolutely perfect house to stay at! Very nice and quiet neighborhood. House is very cozy. Veronica was a great host. Kept me updated with anything going on and was extremely quick to respond when needed. Great place to stay. 100% recommend

Enjoyed Texy-Mexy’s home very much. So colorful and very comfortable! We had an issue getting into the home but they were able to open the front door remotely and then followed up by coming over to be sure we were able to get in and out on our own. We were here to volunteer for the NCAA Final Four and it was a great location for us to get to our volunteer connections. Highly recommend Texy-Mexy’s home!

First things first ... such a wonderful host!! I had a few minor situations happen but she was quick to respond and resolve the issue. You need your grass cut, you let her know and her and her Fiance come and take care of it for you!! Secondly... She allowed us to add something to her home! A fire pit! It was an ask and she was approved out ask. We bought and hope future guests enjoy it!! Also bought a few camo chairs also, for future guests to use as well!! This place is so relaxing, and close to lots of local eatery. Also not far from Lockhart which is where my husband and a few of his coworkers were commuting too. I would highly recommend too anyone who is visiting for a relaxing getaway, business. Beds are small but comfortable. Comfy bedding. Cozy couch, you'll slink right into them and cute and comfortable Egg Chairs. If you've come across this review it's because your considering the AirBnB ... Don't skip last it. It's truly a Gem 💎!! We had a great time. The location was perfect with a great yard for our dogs. The country atmosphere is just what we were looking for! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. The bedrooms are a little small. But this is an older home so not surprising. We really loved having a large dining table and china cabinet for Thanksgiving Day. Felt very homey 💕

We were in town for a couple of nights for a wedding, and the Airbnb was perfect! Great distance from the venue, super clean and comfortable inside with tons of space. Easy to find with great views! Would love to stay here again.

OMG the place was beautiful and peaceful. Went to celebrate my birthday and the location was perfect. The heated pool was soooo nice and relaxing. I will definitely be back !!

We had a fabulous weekend! Just what we were looking for, a private and quiet getaway. House was cute and well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill. Pool, sauna and hot tub! Can’t go wrong here!

My family and I loved our stay, it was cold and raining prior to our arrival but we were able to make the best out of it. Warmed up the fireplace in the house and there was enough room for my whole family to gather and watch a movie. Also took a dip in the warm pool and jacuzzi. Kids were able to play on the playground while the adults gathered around the fireplace outside. We definitely created memorable moments. A purse was left behind and the cleaning crew were honest to let me know they found it. We'll be returning for sure.

Beautiful comfortable cosy cabin perfect for a romantic getaway! We loved the hot tub and the fireplace and the king size bed was very comfortable. So peaceful and only 10 minutes to Wimberly. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful and spacious house. Lots of room for us to hang out and the pool was amazing. Tanya was supper helpful and easy to work with. We did not use the hot tub but the host was willing to work with us to get it turned on. Would totally stay here again!

THE BEST AIRBNB WE HAVE STAYED AT. We were all very impressed with this home!! Beautiful views, very clean rooms, kitchen was loaded, the gas stove was very awesome, the hot tub was nice and warm upon arrival. We didn’t even leave the home, it was so cozy. The music connection outdoors was nice too! The infinity pool was very nice with an amazing view. The host was very responsive and made sure to accommodate us, we will definitely be back 😍

We had an amazing stay! The house is set in a beautiful location, and the pool was definitely the highlight of our trip. Mike was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved exploring the area—there were so many great attractions nearby. Would absolutely recommend!

It was a great weekend! So peaceful out there. The tall shower was a huge plus ! As a 6’5 man it’s difficult to find places with tall showers . Definitely will recommend and remember this place for future !

Toni was an AMAZING host! All of her pre arrival, arrival, and departure instructions were great and exactly how other hosts should have. The home was clean and welcoming! Next time I go to San Marcos, I will be staying here. Perfect, cute, quiet, and not far from town at all. 10/10⭐️

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and the ease of access to the river made for the perfect weekend. No worrying about parking, renting tubes, getting picked up by a van- just walk in and walk out back to the house. It is a beautiful little gem.

Beautiful house with all the amenities! Backyard was great for our two poodles. The towels and linens were so soft and smelled so nice! No bleach smells here!! Very clean. Debby, the co-host was amazing too! She is very responsive. Kitchen well stocked with pans and pots. Crucial seasonings with not a lot of extra fluff so if you need anything special you may want to bring your own. It was a lovely stay. Ed lives next door but you’d never know it! So quiet and peaceful. It was my husband’s birthday and Ed also made sure the package I sent to the house due to my own poor planning was safe when we got there! Thanks Ed and Debby for a great stay!!

Very nice home with excellent beds and bathrooms. The ambiance is retro comfort. The back yard is perfect for your dogs to run and a nice patio for getting fresh air. Loved the convenience to H-E-B. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with pets, couple, family or by themselves. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. It is a gem.

We loved the place. Plenty of space. Host is super responsive and helpful. it is super close the the wedding venue that is across 306. It was the perfect place for us.
