Great location with superb views. Very quiet and private yet close to Le Havre. Nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The outdoor back deck gets sun in the afternoon and was perfect to hang out and relax after some sightseeing. Magda was very responsive and check in and check out were very easy.

We had a great time in Avignon . Very nice accommodation, very comfortable beds. Very quiet residence. 2 steps from the beach and all amenities. Great market right across! And the tennis court at the foot of the apartment was a real plus, we enjoyed it every day. Thank you so much!

Best RBNB we've ever done. The welcome is personalized, charming and attentive, it's really very pleasant. Thanks to Olivier and Monica! We fell in love with this home! Beautiful cottage with lots of charm. The living rooms are very nice, the bedrooms very comfortable (very good bedding). The chalet is really well equipped (kitchen , equipment, linen, baby child equipment, etc.) . The ping pong table served us well too! And the garden is really very pretty! (we were in winter, we imagine it was superb in the beautiful season!) We received the instructions for the listing very quickly and in detail. Fabienne and Christophe were really accommodating for check-in and check-out times which allowed us to enjoy our weekend. And following a technical incident, Christophe was very responsive in helping us "by the minute"! Thank you! We recommend!

Jean-Louis' apartment is very bright , very well equipped , with a very beautiful and recent decoration , quiet on the 3rd floor with elevator , close to shops , restaurants , 2 steps from the beach and the port , with an efficient and friendly welcome by the concierge! . The apartment is as described. We had a very nice stay . I recommend Jean-Louis' rental.

Beautiful apartment with sea view and parking

The location of Céline's apartment is really ideal. A sea-side entrance provides direct access to the port and beach. Another entrance at the back in the parking lot allows you to get into town. Every morning a fisherman sells his catch of the day at our feet! Everything is easy to get to. Everything is done on foot. What happiness! Saint Valéry en Caux has much less affluence than Veules les Roses which is not far away, so you can walk quietly and without crowds. If you are looking for calm it is ideal. The apartment is clean and functional. The residence is peaceful, and the view is exceptional. Céline is very nice and always responded promptly to our requests. We highly recommend this little gem!

I offered this stay to Mom to celebrate the end of her heavy cancer protocols. It was perfect, the terrace is large and bright. Everything is very well decorated and bright. We loved staying here, it was quiet, pleasant especially since we were lucky to have the week when there was bright sun. Damien is a very responsive host, with kindness and benevolence at the top. When I had questions, he was always there to answer. I sincerely appreciate the present you have given us, the accommodation was impeccable, clean, large, and even for the more adventurous a cabin where you can read. It was great, the instructions were clear, precise. The recommendations for restaurants are great, we had a great time, especially at Mamie Louise :) we are really a 1-minute walk from the pool, and the street is really not steep, my mom was able to access the shops without worries. We enjoyed the little tips for parking, it was really easy to access. Thanks again :)

Just a great weekend with the family. The house is very nice, very well-equipped, and very clean. The country setting is serene, the apple trees are in bloom, the birds are singing and the countryside is beautiful. All close to Cabourg and the sea. Communication with Bene was excellent and easy. Bene took good care of us. If you want to spend a vacation, a quiet and simple weekend, I recommend this place. a huge thank you to Bene for his kindness.

We had a lovely time at Isabelle's house. The location is quiet, the garden is beautiful and the view from the inside is very nice. We were able to eat outside and spend time outside, the amenities are great. The bedding is extremely good. I recommend this house to settle in, rest and spend time with family or friends.

Very nice stay, I would recommend it without hesitation! The boat is beautiful, even cozy, a lot of work has been done to fit it out and we felt that we could have stayed there the whole week without any problems. The cabin and double bedroom are large and bright, and also comfortable. There is storage space and many amenities, as well as basic supplies. I think it's the many details that make the difference. Daniel is kind and considerate and he willingly shares his passion for his boats. And despite the cold season we were warm! Regarding the location, the marina is quiet and very pleasant. We walked a good half hour to get to old Rouen, but there are buses, and then in 10 minutes' walk you can go for a walk on the quays, choose a restaurant or go shopping. There's even a club, bowling alley, and movie theater on the docks. In short, a big thank you for this romantic stay!

I’m actually stuck for words on what to say about Delphine. It was like going back to your parents and your parental home and when someone asks you “how good were your parents and what did they do?” It feels like they did absolutely nothing. They are just there. Like turning the tap on and water pours out. It just happens and you take all the hard work of water management, purification, infrastructure etc, all for granted. Delphine was just there! Thank you Delphine.
