Apartment vacation rentals in Groningen

Very tasteful, colorful apartment to feel good. Nothing was missing. However, we would have liked to have had a heater in the bathroom and a second duvet. The location is great. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. The weekend was lovely!

Erna is an exceptionally kind and helpful host. I could always count on a quick response and assistance, whether it was a broken fridge or heating issues. The apartment is decent, though the layout is a bit outdated, and the windows are single-glazed (I haven’t seen those in decades :D ), which is a matter of the building’s age and its location in the old city centre. While the central location is quite convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby and just a 12-minute walk to the train station, it can be noisy in the evenings and early nights, especially due to the neighbouring Irish pub. That proved to be occasionally annoying during my two-month, work-related stay, as one needs good sleep when working. However, for a shorter, sightseeing visit, that wouldn’t be much of an issue, I guess. Despite the noisy neighbourhood, I extended my stay by a few days because Erna undeniably offers good value for a reasonable price.

Stijn is a great host, friendly and responsive. made sure every request is taken care of immediately. His Place is nice and spacious in a quiet residential area. Just a few minutes to get to the city center either via fiets or car. Even though it's located next to train tracks, you barely hear them passing, even with the windows open. thank you for having me

Just at the entrance of the alley is a great spot to sit and have a drink at the canal. We had a nice dinner at Il Sogno around the corner. This place is at walking distance of the Grote Markt.

We had a very nice stay and the accommodation was exactly as described. If you are looking for a quiet, but still well-connected (public transportation wise) accommodation outside Groningen, this is the place for you. It was cozy and relaxing, thank you very much!

Great place, suited our needs, well equipped, good location fairly close to Groningen centre. The hosts were friendly and helpful, responding promptly to a couple of small requests. Only (very small) issue was finding the exact location (the address number 31 refers to a housing complex, the house itself is number 49). Overall, highly recommended!

Stayed with Annie for 4 days and were really impressed! Very nice apartment which is very well located and exactly matches the descriptions. Plus 2 super cute cats. Definitely recommend!

Very cosy and atmospheric camping! We got a full tour of the camping upon arrival. The showers are big and clean and the beds are very comfortable.

We were super great short stay and were also able to enjoy the tranquility of the lovingly nature-connected and sustainable farm. Great out-door kitchen, lovely people and super service. I would come back anytime. The attention to detail and artistic influences complete the farm perfectly. Thanks for that :)

I stayed with Gerard for the second time. Gerard lives next door and is easy to reach for you, yet you have absolutely your privacy. If you are looking for a break in the rural Netherlands, this is exactly what you are looking for. The listing is also perfect with the dog as Gerard is very dog friendly. The area is great for long gas laps. Then head to the warm jacuzzi. Wasn't the last time there....
