We noticed the stay at the five hills due to the positive reviews. We can add one to that again! This beautiful characteristic and modern converted barn has all the comforts, for the children there were all kinds of extras arranged that made the stay extra comfortable. The friendly Martijn and his parents genuinely welcome you and are easily accessible for questions. The quiet area, private part of the yard with private parking and beautiful views make for a nice place where you can relax

It is a beautiful and fully furnished cottage. It was very clean. We hardly used the kitchen, but it would have been everything you need. Glasses, cups, plates, etc. are also available in a large selection. The bathroom is quite nice. On a positive note are the two toilet. As criticisms, I would like to note the smell in the house. The bedroom smelled like mold or similar. There's probably nothing to do about it, but it made me difficult to fall asleep/sleep through. In the living room it smelled very much like kitchen feeds, which could not be fixed by ventilation. The fly curtain should be washed urgently here. At the two armchairs, the paint peeled off. That's not bad because the sofa is very big! The park is very nice with big trees. We were unlucky because someone party was very loud on two evenings. But this is not a point of criticism for the house.

We had a lovely stay in this warm, cozy old farmhouse. The jacuzzi was lovely and the atmosphere in the house is unique. Aljanneke is an incredibly hospitable, cozy and warm host who immediately made us feel welcome. The house has every comfort: the kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped and everything is neatly clean and tidy. The house exudes tranquility, you feel right at home. There were a number of nice extras, such as homemade beers and homemade apple juice and jam. We actually wanted to stay in the house all weekend, but with Aljanneke's tips we also went to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the town of Zutphen. There is plenty to do, but the house itself offers enough comfort and tranquility that you don't even need to venture out. All in all, subject to repetition!

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful area. The host was also friendly and quick to respond. Given all the sleeping places are on one loft, I would not rent the property so quickly with six adults. However, it was totally fine for 4 adults.

It's an incredibly nice townhouse, nicely decorated. It immediately felt like home. There was also some cozy Christmas lights. Daniel was in the restaurant, downstairs the house, when we arrived. He gave us a tour of the home. He told us that if we wanted we could eat at the restaurant or order food and eat it in the home. Tip! Maybe mention in the description of the house that this is possible. We had already planned something else, otherwise we would certainly have used it if we knew before. The mattress in the master bedroom didn't like that. This one was very soft. (feels different for everyone) There was no suspension in it. The other beds were very hard again.

Had a cozy weekend with some old colleagues in the villa. The villa looks neat and has everything you need for a few days. Well equipped kitchen to make a meal and breakfast Multiple bedroom with great beds and bathrooms. We'd like to stay here again sometime.

A wonderful, quiet and natural environment. In the evening enjoy the many stars and the croaking frogs by the pond. Also enjoyed the large groups of storks that circled up from low above the property on thermals. For me also a nice base for walks (including hiking route Sallandse landgeden) and for paddle boarding on the stream de Regge, with its many kingfishers. Had a wonderful time.

I really liked the apartment , Mr. Jacob was very kind to welcome us , I show us the whole apartment!!!! Easy access to ( supermarkets, bars , restaurant, easy to park !!!! And a 10-minute walk from downtown !!!! I felt at home !!!! I would stay again when I come again

We only stayed in Gronau for one night, but it was still perfect! Very flexible check-in, the apartment just has everything your heart desires (even a Netflix account) and it was very clean. Check-Out until 12 noon is also very pleasant. We will be back on occasion!!

A great and beautiful location. A beautiful view of the Rhine from the terrace. Apartment equipped with every comfort and has all the comforts. Located in the center and all shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A great stay and definitely worth repeating. Communication also went smoothly with the owners. Feel free to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Lucienne’s home! The house was warm, cozy, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Even in winter, the garden was stunning to look at and added a lovely touch to the overall atmosphere. Lucienne was an excellent host - very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help if we needed anything. She truly made us feel at home. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back!

Nice stay! The studio was clean, spacious and the beds were pleasant to sleep in. Within walking distance to the city center and very nice that there was a (free) parking space for the car!
