The apartment is fully furnished and nothing is missing. Shopping is close-by and walking distance. A bus stop is right nearby. Good starting point for day trips.

We had another wonderful stay at Andreas’ cozy apartment. The space was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for a relaxing visit. Andreas was incredibly friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is convenient and quiet with several great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Two apartments rented for a winter sports holiday with two families (a total of 10 people). Ski slopes Spieljoch, Hochfugen and Kaltenbach are very easy to reach from the cottage. Location is great and views over the mountains beautiful. There is also a space to store and leave ski gear to dry. Apartments are spacious, well cared for, clean and everything you need is here. Lovely shower. Fine beds, pillows a little less. Within walking distance of the village, restaurants are also easily accessible, top. The host is friendly. Arrival and departure times are as stated. For us, a little later check-out would have been nice but that couldn't be done because of next guests.

The house is very nice, spacious, and complete with everything you need; upon our arrival it was very clean, in a warm and welcoming order. It's about 40 minutes from Innsbruck and 10 minutes from numerous supermarkets. We had a pleasant weekend with 9 people visiting the center of Innsbruck and surrounding areas. Very satisfied with the strategic location, isolated from the city and in contact with nature.

My girlfriend and I vacationed here for a week and were very satisfied. A small nice room with everything you need and an outstanding location. The hosts were extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable there. However, if you exceed the usual body dimensions, you should be prepared for a cozy shower experience due to the sloping roof;)

Amazing stay in the Dolomites, in a charming small town surrounded by lush green trees. The location was perfect—centrally connected to the main road, making it easy to reach all the major tourist spots. The place was cozy and incredibly welcoming, offering the ideal retreat for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Highly recommend!

The house is wonderful, complete with all the comforts and even more beautiful than what you see in the photos. The cleanliness is impeccable, the location and the view ARE BEAUTIFUL. We found the connection to Innsbruck with the train very convenient and the station is about 4 km away. Communication with the host was also quick and clear. We recommend it because the house is a fairytale and is immersed in a magical setting where time seems to have stopped....
