the apartment is very cute. in a quiet neighborhood,close to the hyper center. the garage is really a plus. We had a lovely stay,we recommend for a short romantic stay.

Great location, great views! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was the perfect spot. Walking distance to everything and right in town. 2 blocks from the train station! The place was very clean and very safe. Thanks for everything!

A great stay! Where to start to describe the place and not forget anything!? First of all, the accommodation is very comfortable, well decorated and modern (new equipment in the kitchen, bright and airy bathroom, air conditioning in the bedroom, in short, nothing is missing). The garden is very calm and calm, sunny with also corners in the shade of trees. The host is very friendly. The perfect combination for the perfect holiday!

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

A very nice stay near Imperia. The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is very quiet and offers a beautiful view towards the sea and mountains. You have the whole upper floor to yourself, with a lot of space in and around the apartment with a great terrace. The communication was always good and Alina, who received us, was very nice and always helpful and you could communicate well in English. I can highly recommend the apartment and would come back. I was very satisfied, but I want to point out some things: - the interior of the kitchen and bathroom are sometimes already a bit worn, although the house is relatively new. - more possibility to hang jackets, clothes, towels would be desirable. - the ascent/descent onto the property is very steep and certainly not feasible with any car.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. Beautiful, unique. we spent time during Christmas time and we had an amazing weather, the use of the kitchen at the swimming pool was great and now have great memories. although we might have felt a little cold in the evening, the fireplace made our stay warm and cosy. thanks for the clear instructions.

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Jurjen is a great host, we had a wonderful time at his place! The Hause was super clean and matched the description. The location is also great. We would loved to come back again sometime!

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

When we arrived I found it tricky to find and access the lockbox (purely user error on my part) but Dominik was in touch quickly and talked me through it. Having somewhere to park is superb. The apartment is lovely, old French and exactly as described on Airbnb. We went in knowing there is no air conditioning but it got very hot and I asked Dominik for a fan, which he promptly gave us. The views are amazing and the patio is too. Great location, very close to the centre of Menton, just be prepared for steep streets! The only negative thing I could say is that the apartment needs more dinner plates. Would highly recommend it to anyone going to Menton and the hosts are superb.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Well equipped flat in the center of St.Aygulf. Lovely balkony where you can enjoy the sunsets. You have everything you need for a summer holiday, reachable in 5min by car. Very good spot to spend your holidays.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. We loved the little balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the apartement is next to a big supermarket. The public beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The train station is also 15 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by bus away. It was very convenient go stay hier. :) Only the road can be a little bit loud in the night.
