Amazing house, great views, great communication with owner, and overall great experience! It does technically fit 10 people but that’s assuming that 8 people have to share a bed with someone else which was less than ideal for our group but could be totally someone else could be looking for. Definitely 5/5 stars and would not change a thing about our experience!

My stay was perfect - the home was quaint, charming, and very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The entire place was spotless / clean. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Parking was handy, right outside of the home on the street. Michael responded quickly to my questions and made me feel at home. I'll be back again!

We were in town for a few days for some high school baseball games and to visit ISU and Bradley. Even though we were gone most of the day, it was SO nice coming back to Annabelle's in the evenings to unwind and relax. It's a beautiful cottage on the water that was clean, roomy, and full of amenities. Annabelle was friendly and accommodating even though nothing went wrong and everything in the cottage was better than described. The area was quiet and the view was INCREDIBLE. Even saw a bald and golden eagle outside in the early morning hours (and found binoculars too).

This cabin one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. The decorations could not have been nicer and we had all the things we needed to make ourselves feel at home. We all would recommend staying at Tricias anytime you want to get away in the Utica area. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

My family of 5 spent 4 days in Kyle and Emily’s residence, which was amazing. The home had all of the necessary amenities, which was greatly appreciated. I found it very hard to leave the home at times, because it was so relaxing, from the beds to the reclining couch. I would definitely recommend this house if you are visiting the area!

This was without a doubt one of the most luxurious and clean places we’ve stayed. It felt like ‘home away from home’. The host was very responsive and so thoughtful, even leaving a few gifts for our son. It was filled with lots to do. Every detail was thought out and it showed. We’ve already discussed when we can return next and can’t wait to recommend this stay to friends and family.

Great spot if you have a group of ~8. We didn’t want for anything (plenty of dishes, filtered water, well stocked kitchen, ect) and everyone was able to be included in each space. Large dining table was great for sharing meals and playing games. After a long day of hiking the hot tub was a welcome addition and was very clean/well maintained.

Sara was an amazing host! Her place was perfect for my last-minute stay. I am very picky so, I was happy to find that the house was spotlessly clean, with super comfy beds that made us feel right at home. On top of that, I asked for a restaurant recommendation, and she suggested Seven Saints - it was so good! Her hospitality and local tips made my stay even better. We loved our stay at Damon''s place. It was immaculate and every detail was thought of to make us feel right at home. The pond it's situated on was peaceful and loved the bird watching. The location is convenient to any part of Chambana. With close highway access it made visits to relatives in Danville easy.
