Great location, spacious apartment. Less than 1 min walk to trams & shops. Would stay here again & recommend it to all those travelling in Rome. Trastevere is by far the best spot to stay if you want something with quintessential Italian culture, such beautiful energy in the streets & plenty of great restaurants around

Carlos, your place was magnificent and we were welcomed by you very kindly. the entire property at the same time exudes elegance and comfort and is wonderfully located. We were particularly pleased that the swimming pool was still operational so late in the year and gave us the feeling of summer again. What particularly touched us was the delicious bottle of red wine for reception in conjunction with the interesting conversations with you. After all, we were also allowed to buy some canisters of olive oil from you, which we are very much looking forward to enjoying. Holiday went beautifully also thanks to Silvia's beautiful hospitality. Upon our arrival, he welcomed us with many tips and with a fridge and pantry stocked big with lots of things for our baby. Always available (with your husband) for anything you need, even when we were astonished we locked ourselves out of the house :-) The apartment in villa (equipped with everything you need) has an enviable location 10 min walk from a beautiful beach, while staying in a very quiet and relaxing area. There will be a wonderful memory and we don't exclude going back one day...
