Beautiful home on nice Enid lake bay. Owner was very friendly with daily check ins for any issues. Left a personal item behind, and the owner found the item and was kind enough to drive lost item to meet me on my way out of town! I’d definetly stay again.

My Uncle passed away and because it was sudden we were all scrambling trying to figure out accommodations for 10+ people on such a short notice and without many options or money. Phillips place was a great find and was very accommodating and homey brought us all together in the best way. We had bonfires and space for everyone young and old to hang out. We loved every bit of staying. Phillip was extremely responsive and kind. We will likely always book his home when we come back home to Mississippi!

One of the nicest houses we have stayed with Airbnb. Newer house with amenities, very clean spacious rooms, and private covered parking spot. Even though it was rainy when we went, it is very walkable to town and it’s nice little shops and restaurants. Also very short drive to Oxford visit friends. It was a perfect small town stay!

I hosted my family here for thanksgiving . It was great. I loved the space that it had. Everything was cozy and comfortable. The foosball table was entertaining for the kids. I would book this again when I’m visiting home. Thank you for being a great host.

The location was great for us. Close to the lake and food. Accommodations were nice. The water lines were frozen when we arrived but were taken care of promptly while we’re on the lake fishing. Clean and convenient! We will book again when I get a chance to go back down there next trip.

great for a stay longer than a weekend - full kitchen, close to all the great restaurants and shops in WV, and a 25 min straight shot to oxford if you want to have a big night out. plus the church bell across the street will tell you the time on the half hour! stayed for four nights and was sad to leave
