The apartment is small, but just right for a stay alone or as a couple. Everything is top modern, well maintained and you can feel that people have thought about the furnishings here. Everything you need. I felt comfortable.

I travelled over from the UK, a roadtrip of sorts, Daniel was very helpful, clear in instructions, accommodating and kind. Anyone looking for a nice, clean, private space then this is the one.

So's home has a beautiful view of the Rhine and is in walking distance to everything you need to navigate Dusseldorf: 2 minute walk to breakfast cafes, 2 minute walk to the train, and a wonderful 30 minute walk to the trade fair (Messe) if you choose not to ride the trains. We have been traveling to Dusseldorf for Messe trade fairs for 6 years now and I believe we have found our permanent home. I highly recommend So's home.

We stayed two weeks and enjoyed how comfortable the apartment was. It feels brand new with nice furniture and was well appointed for cooking and there is also a desk with monitor for working at. The host was very responsive and helpful and checked in with us during our stay. Parking was always easy to find on the street outside the apartment. There is a nice shopping street just around the corner with restaurants, bakeries, a grocery store, and lots of shops. One thing to note is that there are two flights of stairs up to the apartment and one is a spiral and a little narrow if you have heavy bags.

A nice small apartment, which includes everything you need. Clean and well-maintained. Great hosts. The apartment is also suitable for families with 2 infants. Parking right in front of the house after it is a quiet residential area. Unfortunately, the location is far bomb center in Mönchengladbach and I also have to deduct stars in terms of price. Beautiful, large apartment with a huge dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a private TV room with sky. I slept in the small bedroom with a bed with Tempur mattress. My companion also felt very comfortable in the other bedrooms. Parking is available in front of the house and we have even received free guest parking passes. The location of the apartment is very good. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the apartment!

I stayed three days in Dagmar's apartment on the occasion of the Boot 2025 nautical fair. I can only be super satisfied with my choice (lucky). Super comfortable, super clean, super-central and super-available Dagmar host. The apartment has everything and is very new and efficient. It is located a few meters from the Dusseldorf HBF central station (8 minutes walk) where you can find all the means (trains, trams and buses) to reach every neighborhood of the city and all the other German cities. I am really satisfied with this choice and if you plan to stay in Dusseldorf, I highly recommend considering it.

Beautiful, well maintained, neat , clean apartment. With all amenities. Perfect base for 2 people to stay. Warm reception with a bottle of wine and limburg vlaai. Beautiful garden, but couldn't really enjoy that because of temperature(time of year). good price/quality ratio. We can recommend it to anyone.

I came to Germany from the US on a business trip and cam across Heinrich place by luck. I must say after staying for two nights this is the perfect spot that is not only affordable but unique, clean and homey. Right up the street within walking distance are many great restaurants, shopping and pubs. This is the only spot in Mönchengladbach that I will stay for now on and was very happy with the space. Heinrich is very responsive friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend this place.

Kudos! We were in Dusseldorf for a long awaited gathering of old friends (plus a little one). Hamza's place is perfect for our communiom. The communication with Hamza is extremely smooth. The neibourhood is quiet. Easilly accessible to U-bahn stations and, most importantly for us, the Japanese quarter. Strongly recommend, especially for groups of friends or big families!

Already getting in touch in advance was hassle-free and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and is also ideally suited for a longer stay in the rooms. The kitchen is complete and functional, the bathroom is a wellness area, and the beds are top notch. We didn't need advice for the area because we were home there once. Heike and Mike were always responsive and helpful in all things. The location is quiet and yet central, so you can get everywhere quickly (Alps, Xanten, Wesel, Duisburg, Holland, etc.). For us, Heike's apartment has become the first point of contact for a stay on the Lower Rhine.

On the anniversary as a couple, it was the perfect place to relax, free from everyday stress and enjoy the togetherness.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is super well maintained and clean, you immediately notice how much attention is placed on details. Especially the hot tub made the stay extra special – pure relaxation! Everything was perfectly prepared, so we felt completely comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time.
