Vacation rentals in Greenwood County

We love this property! This is our second time staying at the Ranch House and there were so many great reasons why we chose to come back. Tons of room, beautiful acreage, SO CLEAN, and wonderful hosts. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you, again.

This was our 2nd stay at Lynnette's farm and we absolutely loved our stay. The home is exactly as described and very clean. Lynnette is very welcoming and willing to share her knowledge of farming with guests. Our children loved learning about the animals, holding the chicks, meeting the pigs, sheep, geese, and dogs. If you are looking for a calm and relaxing space where you can slow down and kids can explore, this is the place. We plan to come back again!

Great Locatikn

We stayed at the Farmhouse for a Family & Friends trip to the outdoors from out of state. It was everything we expected & More! The gracious hosts were more than accommodating and met any need/question that we had promptly. We definitely plan on returning the same time next year. We had a great experience.

We stayed at Eric's place for my dad's 90th birthday. Great location near his home. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and room for some horseshoes and archery. Enjoyed the BBQ and fire pit. Master and second bedrooms were great for two couples. The third bedroom had bunk beds and a kids bed, which worked ok for an adult but not ideal. Would be awesome if you have kids. We ended up sleeping 5 adults and dad went home for the night. Eric nicely left worms for fishing and even a treat for dad. :-) He was very responsive and helpful during the stay. Great stay, great host.

We have stayed here several times. It has always been spotless and free of clutter. It is our preferred place to stay. Darren has thought of everything we might need and has added some special touches. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. We hope to come again in the fall.

Perfect place for what we need! Very clean, quiet and had everything for easy access. Will definitely rent again next year.

Booked a 5 day trip by myself, and the 2nd day i ended up in the hospital with kidney stones. Eric and his property manager Della, went above and beyond communicating with me and checking on me. Della and her husband even came to the hospital and helped drive me and my truck back to the house! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. These are some very good honest caring folks! The house was everything they described and very roomy, unfortunately i had to cut my trip short and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as i would have liked. Eric was very generous and helped me out with a partial refund. If i get the opportunity to make the trip back up to Kansas, i will be coming here! Thank you Eric and Della so much for everything!
